My dogs have the best time here. The staff literally treats them like their own.
Building is clean and well ran.
Be ready for your babies to sleep soooo good when they come home though because they played with so many new friends.

I absolutely love how caring and attentive the staff are with my fur baby Queenie! They treat her like family and make sure each visit is safe, clean, and fun. You can really tell they love what they do — from the personalized care to the updates throughout the day. Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to any pet parent who wants peace of mind and a happy dog!

Tara is a gem and stands out above the rest as a compassionate professional, a joyful pet lover, and a clear communicator. Trustworthy, honest, and dedicated to her job—she feels like a teammate when she takes care of our one year old German Shepherd, Max.
The way she acted during our first grooming visit absolutely demonstrated the type of professional she is:
Midway through the initial grooming session, Tara called me during his bath to let me know she felt a bump on his back leg and thought it was probably due to a prior broken bone, but she just wanted to double-check.
I almost was in tears after the call. Max was a sick street dog, rescued from under a bus in December, and we were trying so hard to make sure we were taking care of our boy. As worried pet parents, we had recently gone to the vet after noticing the same thing, and in fact, it was the result of a broken, unset bone.
I was blown away with how thorough she was—I have tried out groomers across the city, and no one has given that attention to detail before. In that moment when she called, I knew I had found someone who is as committed to caring for Max as we are!

I unequivocally expect Tara to continue to impress new pet parents with her kindness and skill. When you arrive, she will rapidly build a trusting relationship with you and your pup, and then at pickup time, you'll both leave feeling happy about how well you were treated and impressed with the high level of service she provides to your family.
She is lovely -- my partner and I are thrilled that Max has someone so caring in his life that we see regularly, to groom and love on him ❤️

We love Camp Bow Wow and so do our pups. They always do a great job, and we love the care and attention they provide every time.

The quality of this place is going down the drain. We have been boarding our dog here for about 2 years.
At first we would get pictures of our dog during his stay. That’s no longer a thing.
On multiple occasions my dog has came back home with scars.
Once before we paid for a wash with nails and etc. when we arrived to pick him up. He was covered in other dogs drool and the nails were not clipped whatsoever. In result, we take him to an ACTUAL groomer.
Our dog has recently boarded July 8 - 11th and has been vomiting multiple times a day since he’s come home. We are having to make an emergency vet visit now.
The staff is constantly changing as well. I no longer trust this facility with my dog and I wouldn’t recommend.

Robin loves being boarded here. He’s a shy pup who is very nervous around people, but thrives here. He’s been coming here for almost 3 years and loves it. We wouldn’t board him or take him to daycare anywhere else.

Very friendly and caring staff. Very clean place. The staff greets my dogs and I feel they actually care for them, especially my very timid golden retriever. Had the dogs groomed and that was great! CARRA IS FANTASTIC GROOMER! Dogs look beautiful!

My pups love camp bow wow. Cameras to see what they're doing, pictures to show their enrichment and knowing they come home exhausted and happy makes me so thankful this camp exists for them.
