Place is clean and most of staff is really nice. But you got to jump through hoops to get stuff done. One lady is kool and willing to help the others aren’t. But overall it’s ok but wouldn’t bank here again

I was just in a call with LINNETT customer service representative and she said she can not help me and she hung up on me!! Chartway customer service is so rude.

Carla, Raphael, and Carolina, to name a few, are informative, friendly, and professional. Carla always come over to say hello to us; Raphael seem to have all the answers; and Carolina is filled with such a wonderful spirit.

Being a member of Chartway is like being with family. Due to Covid I felt really weary and needed to rearrange my finances. I decided to refinance my car loan. The assist. branch manger was helpful and very efficient. My experience was phenomenal. If you haven’t tried Chartway give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Been banking with Chartway for 12 years. The tellers are super friendly and fast. I got a car loan recently and had to get everything set up in one day. One of the ladies even stayed after closing to make sure everything was set up correctly, couldn't say enough good things about this locations personel.

This branch cannot even handle a simple secured loan without screwing it up. They said they didn't withhold the funds in my account as if their mistake was a "good thing". They gave me an additional checking and savings account and said they would have to delete all four if I wanted it back to just two accounts. When I went to withdraw most of my funds to transfer to a different bank, they said they could consolidate the four accounts down to the two I had asked for and guaranteed it would not affect my auto pay. Well, that was a lie too. Do not trust them with your money and do not trust one word they tell you. Also rude at the drive through. Lazy and unprofessional.

I would put 0 stars if that was an option. I've had an account for 10 years and have decided to close my account today. Customer service is non-existent, this branch NEVER has a manager on-site, IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone. STAY AWAY!!!!

I am writing this review while waiting to open up a Checking Acct.I have been waiting 39 minutes and counting. There’s only 3 male workers. One behind the counter, the other two working new accts.I am going to give them a few more minutes. Looks like it’s just a busy day for them. No one acknowledges you when you first walk in. There’s no sign in, ( which to me is out of order). I’m a little skeptical about banking here. We shall see. So far this is a bad vibe I’m getting!UPDATE:I was informed about the checking acct overdraft features. You have to maintain a 500.00 balance in order to take advantage of their overdraft!!DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY OR YOUR TIME! ??♀️
