Stopped by to open a business bank account and the response I got from an African American lady who gave her name as Veronica Mckenzie was "at 5 o'clock?" . I was shocked as there was no specification on when an account could be opened. Also, the door was open. Her complete lack of respect and customer care is unprecedented. If you are closed, lock your doors and stop being rude to people.

Barely made it from work at 4:52 pm. Just needing to make some adjustments to my account. Walked in and Veronica was there to greet me. I told her what I needed to do and she pulled me right back. So was so kind, efficient, and helpful. Sooooo happy with this location! Thanks Veronica

Second chase bank that I go to and they aren’t able to open a bank account for me, claiming I can come back another day but that today all bankers have appointments, but I saw over 4 people just talking. I insisted and they just said it takes around 40 mins so if im here at 4 you have enough time to finish before closing time. Both branches had the same excuses

ATMs outside are constantly down and not working. Atm has taken my money 3 separate times and not put it in my account and I had to wait days for the deposit to go in after talking to customer service for an hour. Don’t bother going to the drive up either they are slow and useless I work next door but will be taking my business elsewhere only got an account here because it was “convenient”

I walked in today during my lunch break to open an account with Ms. Sandra who was just the sweetest and most genuine person ever! She made me feel comfortable and got me in and out quickly.

The branch manager and staff were very professional and treat their customers with respect. That is the service I received this morning. Here is my story; Chase restricted my business account, froze it, and threatened to close it after I deposited a cashier's check of $54K from selling my business. The check was good, instead of just putting it on hold until it clears, they decided to take actions. Of course I was very upset because I have been banking with them for many years. I guess it looks very suspicious for a small business owner to cash in a large check. Thanks to the actions taken by the branch manager I changed my mind about closing all my accounts and business cards altogether! You all should go see her with your banking issues! She's very good at what she does! Thank you!!!

Tried to open CD account on a Wednesday. No banker available and was told to come back next day. Drove back Thursday and was told to wait until she was finished with a customer. After that I was told she had appointments and could not see me until Monday. I was off for 4 days and could not open the account. What has happened to customer service?

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I set up an appointment for me and my boyfriend to open a joint account and once we got there, told us that the person we had an appointment with had called in so we would have to reschedule our appointment for another day. I asked why weren’t we notified before arriving and they told us it was because he had just let them know this morning. Someone should have been calling or emailing all of his clients telling them to reschedule. It was a waste of my time and gas. This place needs better management.

Awful customer service in the Drive-throughI just wanted to have cash back I Provide it everything the employee needed he took about 30 minutes giving me a hard time and at the end another lady who’s name is Gracie and Bryson cancel my cash back so no money back and a good 30 minutes wasted. I have no need to deal with these type of attitude of people that instead of help, create problems and deny the chance to get out my own money from my account like I said they cancel my transaction and I didn’t received my money just because they have the control.

While the bankers have great personalities and performance, having only one functional ATM (out of three) on most days is horrible customer service. I assumed new machines meant higher quality and less breakdowns, and it does not.

Jaime Diamond leaves his customers unprotected and deceived. Then takes your money without admitting any accountability. The manager at this bank is horrible. You cash a check and the receipt says money is on hold and wont be available for 5 to 7 business days. After time has passed the bank clears the check giving you the false perception the money is there. You spend the money and almost 2 months later the bank takes the money back notifying you the check was fictitious???? This is Fraud by the Bank!!!! Then you try to reach out for someone to take accountability for releasing the money and you get dirty attitudes from the bank managers and no reply from the CEO himself. And to add insult to injury if you call to get a new debit card after recently filling out an address change, your informed you have to wait 90 days for your own protection. Where was my protection when you cleared the check??? If I could rate Chase a 0 I would
