This was the worst banking experience I ever received. The drive thru machines were both closed. So, I went inside to the atm in the lobby, but only could do cash in $100 increments. I went to the atm machine inside the back and I get a receipt, saying they couldn’t withdraw cash. The workers there said there was nothing they can do. I never received such poor customer service from a bank!

They don't have tellers, couldn't deposit money since I don't carry chase debit card.

They have no tellers to help you. Only an ATM? This free standing bank with drive thru is a waste of money from us customers. Why do we even stay with Chase?

This branch has now become a "digital" only branch. They no longer have tellers inside, though they do have two people working inside the bank. If you need to make a cash deposit, they refer you to the ATM, and you'll need to make multiple deposits if you have too many bills. I've heard multiple issues with cash deposits with ATMs and don't really trust them. They also aren't able to take rolled coins and refer you to another branch 10 to 15 minutes away. They actually referred my wife to a competitor that may take the coins without an account, but that wouldn't help if we're trying to make a deposit. Not sure why they have employees on site if they can't provide typical bank services. We're considering changing banks because they can't meet our needs and they don't care.

Unprofessional business so one person help me open account and so the next day I had a appointment will she was with another customer with on my appointment time the other teller took me in and said I had to close my new account that I just got the day before...imagine that.

Unprofessional bankers. I was rushed through the process of opening an account. The manager of the branch lacks professionalism. I wish I opened with wells Fargo instead.

Irma in the Atascocita Chase branch is the sweetest thing there is. She is very knowledgeable professional and very helpful , An example of a lost breed and exemplary worker. Hope the bank knows that.
