Horrible serviceI went one time and after working with some guy for an hour he didn’t even send my request for a new debit card he “forgot”. I had to go back and work with some lady who was to fax over my documents and said check back in a week everything should be set. I called a week later, and nothing was ever faxed!!! Just horrible customer service overall

I came here once to get my name changed… the lady said there would be a 2 hour wait and I would have to make an appointment. But get this.. there were two bankers doing nothing. So I say okay and I come back a couple weeks later, the lady in the lobby goes to ask one of the bankers if he was busy.. he wasn’t, just was sitting in his little cubicle. So I set an appointment for 12:30. I arrive at 12:24 and I’m greeted in the lobby and checked in. I wasn’t seen until 10-15 minutes later as the banker whom I scheduled with had someone else just walk straight into his little cube and do business. Why would I make an appointment if y’all aren’t going to uphold it? Ridiculous

I had a phone meeting scheduled with them and they never called. I tried calling about 5 times and they never answered. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Can’t get ahold of any reps when I call in or leave a message so they can call me back. Customer service is subpar.

I would not consider going here if you have a serious issue and you have to speak to a teller, using the atm in the bank is the only reason I will ever come back here if its an emergency and I cant drive to another location. You get treated at bare minimum, I mobile deposited a cashiers check Friday early in the day and was told on the app that it would take up to an hour to get it deposited, didn't think anything of it and went on about my day, Saturday morning rolls around and there is a hold on my account so I go up to the bank trying to see what is wrong there was about a 2 hour wait, understandable its the weekend usually when everyone is off, was given a customer service number and maybe they could better assist me. Waited on hold for 2 hours to get told that they could not do anything until Monday due to the bank being closed I was informed that I could possible go into the bank and they could better assist me, waited in the lobby for someone to assist me a lady came up didn't even come off as she wanted to help me a man was trying to get her attention and trying to see what time the lobby closed and completely ignored him so I told him it closed at 2 then it was only 1245 and she told me that she had an appointment at 130 and when they got she would leave to help them instead of me because they had an appointment! Like why would you tell a customer that?! I just shook my head and said ok I've been waiting too and I came in and have pretty much waited all day just because I didn't make an appointment doesnt mean my concern isn't anymore as important as theirs. I was in such shock that she wouldn't go to her co worker and say hey do you mind helping my customer when they come in because I have a customer now and they need my help. She didn't tell me her name or anything she was the most unprofessional bank teller I have ever come across, I have been so disappointed with customer service.

Don't know why so many reviews are bad, they were quick ans courteous with me, I had absolutely no issues I had forgotten a couple of things and they worked with me nice and easily!

Well big story I dropped a check at the atm for 15k the maker of the check was a chase member and it was chase to chase process well they thought it was a fraud and return the check with out calling my customer and me and honestly i had more than 15k in the bank to cover the check it was a deposit not a withdraw so all the work we had to do in my Customer house All work was delayed because of this and my customer was in vacation out of the country he couldn’t rewrite another check bad bad experience

If you are looking for a bank where you are frequently treated rudely, then this is the bank for you! Most of the people working at this branch treat you as if they are doing you a favor. I am in the process of closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

Went in to open a business bank account. Was greeted by attendant at the entrance who was kind of screening each patron upon entry to find out what type of service they needed. Was told that there was no availability to open a business bank account at the time, and I would need to schedule an appointment. OK, that part is not entirely unexpected or unreasonable...this is where the bizarre part starts....the attendant then asks me to provide my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER so they could "look me up in their system" in order to schedule the appointment. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LOBBY with probably 10-15 people all within earshot. Not only is this unreasonable, bizarre, and unexpected...but completely ridiculous in terms of security best practices in today's identity theft climate. Of course I did not provide my SSN, and am rethinking my plan to set up an account at Chase, apparently an organization with terrible physical security practices. Unsure if this is the case at all branches, but holy cow...they need to re-evaluate their processes. Still reeling from the experience.
