I hit a curb and paid for my car to be diagnosed due to feeling vibration. The issues that were recommended got fixed just for my car to still vibrate. I called this location to inform them of the ongoing issue and was told I would have to repay for a diagnosis. I also asked if by any chance they checked to see if my alignment was misplaced during the diagnosis and I was told they did not. If I told you I hit a curb why is that not one of the main issues that is checked? The person I spoke to was rude and over talking to me on the phone and coming off very dismissive instead of being attentive. I should not have to pay for something I have already paid for. & checking for misalignment after I told you I hit a curb should have been main priority!!

I truly enjoyed my experience with Christian Brothers. Both Derrick and Kevin kept me informed throughout the process of what was going on with my vehicle. I enjoyed that they constantly communicated with me and provided status updates via text message and the website with videos. I didn’t have to keep calling them like the last shop for updates. Although I had to get my vehicle towed to them from a different shop, they made the process smooth & my stress to go away. I especially love that they explained everything to where I truly understand. Christian Brothers were so accommodating by providing a shuttle service and Uber as well. I definitely highly recommend Christian Brothers because they do care about their customers and providing the best service!

Clear communication, price transparency and breakdown, attention to fixing immediate needs to get you back on the road and no added pressure or pushiness to fix anything but very educational. CBA took the stress out of my week when my ignition needed replacing and were very considerate, accommodating with shuttle service and kindness. Thank you!

This was the first time my husand and I went to Christian Brothers Automotive. My husband's car battery was completely dead and he couldn't get it out to replace it. CBA is very close to where we live. I called them to get pricing. They were very helpful and clear on pricing. I even asked them about a tow truck referral to get his car to them, they were helpful with that as well. When we got his car to them, they stayed in communication from beginning to end and even sent informative videos explaining the repairs. They kept me informed every step of the way and talked to me about payment options. It was a great experience, and we will definitely be back!

Friendly and professional service. I appreciated the quick in and out. I didn't even have time to finish the free coffee they provide (water and snacks too)! Christian Brothers makes this chore the most pleasant that it can be.

Great place take your vehicle. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m so glad I took my vehicle to them and would do it again if I need to. I recommend Christian Brothers 100%!!!

I am genuinely impressed with the Christian Brothers location in Humble, TX (Fall Creek Location), run by Aaron Guerrero. Aaron and his team were able to diagnose and repair what two other vehicle repair shops were not. One of those shops was the local Ford dealership, which had my truck for three weeks. The Ford dealership told me they could not replicate the issues I had conveyed.
Arron and his team diagnosed the issue, worked with my warranty company, ordered an entirely new engine, and completed the work. I greatly appreciate them keeping me updated with the major repairs. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service have earned them a lifetime customer.
Aaron and his team went above and beyond, and I wanted to acknowledge them and their hard work. They truly represent the mission statement of Christian Brothers in every way.
I also want to recognize both Kevin and Shawn specifically, Kevin as the primary technician and Shawn for his customer service.
Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to customer service!

I was in Houston briefly to sell my 2005 Toyota. The buyer asked for them to give it an inspection and check the car computer. These people did SUCH a thorough job. It was a complimentary inspection that lasted 90 minutes and they diagnosed things that we had not seen. They were INCREDIBLY thorough and took pictures of each area and sent those to the prospective buyer and to me. Seriously, these folks detected a fault in the coolant system that could have led to serious engine damage! The buyer was so pleased and so was I! Wow, Kyle, Derick, and Shawn and the rest of their team did such a great job. And, even though it took 90 minutes, I was able to hook up to their WiFi, get some work done and sit in a very comfortable "living room" atmosphere. They had complimentary water and coffee and the bathroom was very clean. These folks pay it forward and I'm grateful that we were alerted to a situation that could have been a problem for the buyer! And a few other little hose replacement issues that our mechanic did not see. Throw business their way if you need work done in this area!
