The room wasn't bad for the price, especially on short notice. I wasn’t too disappointed overall. However, the housekeeping could be better—the room felt rushed, with leftover hairs, stained curtains, and even old blood on some towels. When I reported it, the staff member just said to come get new ones. Bloody towels should be thrown out, not reused. On a positive note, the two female staff members I interacted with were very nice and friendly

The room was clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was very courteous. My husband was in town to do a DJ gig . So the room was rented for us by a third-party. It was in a nice area, but I had failed to do my due diligence. On the first night, we parked in front, all went well. On the second night there was no parking places in front so we parked on the side under a street light, right next to a sign that read camera surveillance. So you can imagine our shock the next morning when we started our Truck and it sounded like a broken down tank rattling loudly while exhaust filled the inside.. My husband explain to me that someone had stolen our cathletic converter. There was no need to call the police because they were already present. Three cars down from ours the people came down to find their car sitting on cinderblocks. The only help an explanation supplied by staff was that, “yes they had cameras, but not on the side where the sign was posted. I thank God I had AAA. I spent my Mother’s Day riding from Houston to San Antonio in a tow truck.. It was very discouraging to go back and read other reviews and discover that this place is known for vehicle vandalism. Yet corporate has made no effort To install surveillance cameras all around the building, or hire security. So much for putting the customers first. Hotel management it is very painful to think that I would be writing a different review if my husband had caught the thieves in action. He is a ex Marine, MP , LTC, marksman and very proficient at what he does. I urge you to do more to protect your guests before someone, perpetrator or guess lose their life.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for two nights 5/17/24 and 5/18/24 in room 413, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to a severe bed bug problem.Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff seemed friendly. However, any positives ended there. On the first night, I noticed several bites on my body, but I initially dismissed them as mosquito bites. By the second night, the bites had multiplied.The bites were painful and caused significant discomfort, severely impacting my stay. I reported the issue to the hotel management, but their response was that they would have housekeeping check the mattresses. They offered to move me to another room, but by that time, I had lost trust in the cleanliness of the entire establishment.Given this experience, I cannot recommend this Comfort Suites to anyone. Bed bugs are a serious issue that reflects poorly on the hotel’s hygiene standards. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this problem and ensure future guests do not have to endure what I did.Edit:So instead of taking accountability, you respond to my review by one, lying about me asking for a refund; Which I let you know multiple times that I do not want a refund or a half priced room. I could care less about getting money back from my stay. It’s the principle of it all. Not to mention you called me after I left the review and mentioned that the Owner will give me 5,000 reward points if I take down the review. I told you no and that there’s no bribing that will work to make me take down the review. Not only that but in your response you also accused me of bringing bed bugs into a hotel room. Which I don’t take lightly. So not only will the review stay up. I’m calling corporate in regards to your response which is very unprofessional. I hope the situation is resolved and that no one has to deal with this. You also didn’t “attempt” to call me serval times. You called only twice and we spoke both times about the situation and my review and how you and the Owner would like me to remove it. The integrity of this company is really concerning. But thank you for your time.

This hotel is GREAT! Staff are super friendly , especially Tranisha at the front desk! She saved me when I arrived late at the airport and the shuttle was not running anymore, she recommended I take Lyft. I don’t use Lyft, in my town it does not exist, and Uber had no rides available. Thanks ? Tranisha!! I will stay here again. The sheets are silky soft too!!

The location is very convenient to IAH. So, it's a plus being I'm always traveling for business and seeking decent hotels near the airport. Others complained of the noise of the traffic but you can barely hear with the AC going. There were cleaning discrepancies w/ one of my rooms upon arrival but the GM rectified quickly the following day.The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious for the price. The elevator wasn't working and made it difficult for my disabled family member to navigate the stairs. The breakfast was standard and the hostess was attentive in that area. There's other eateries/shopping within 5-10 min driving distance.

I want to be fair to the hotel, so I'll say this...our room was clean, the staff was great. However, they need security in their parking lot. Our truck was broken into & almost stolen at 8:45pm at night, right under the light, right in the front parking lot. Had I not gotten an Onstar notification that my anti-theft system had activated, they would've gotten it. Like it is, I now have a big repair bill coming. Another guest had his car broken into just a few days prior & they got several thousand dollars of his belongings. That's the reason for the 2 stars on Service...I believe they know there's a problem so parking lot security should be provided.Rooms: Clean, comfortableSafety: They need parking lot security!! Watch your vehicles!
