I never got sure a bad experience in Costco before.
I brought my eyes glasses for a good about of money.
Everything was great with it! Until a few months passed and the handles started to loosen up in the connection, I came in and the nice guy told me that they don't carry them anymore so he can't replace them ! (I call B.S) But I let it pass because of the benefit of the doubt..
Today September 5th, I went back to Costco because when I cleaned the glasses they broke on my hand..I'm not a professional but it's looks like someone should hold the frame, maybe a glue??
I went into the vision center and I explained what happened to "Dear" Lisa..
Can you all head what was her response?
"Oh you probably have done something to them because they will not break for no reason"
I'm like wait what... "Are you saying that I'm lying?"
Lisa: "No I don't say that but there is no way that you just cleaned them with the clothes and they snapped"
Well the picture speaks for themselves
I could not believe what I hear, so avoid confirmation I just left.
But I don't need their "free fix" or whatever, I can afford to buy a new one. It's not a big deal!
The big deal is that they did broke just because I cleaned them !!! And the fact the Lisa didn't believe me and call me a lier, was behind not right

Great staff - top to bottom - focus on CS .Staff did not have to fix my glasses since I did not purchase the frame, only lenses. Yet, they fixed it for me as I needed it. They provided great service past 3 years for my family. 0 reason to go elsewhere.

What is there to say about TJ and Ashley, that hasn't already been said? My experience with them at Costco Optical was beyond great. They were both very courteous and friendly. I felt as though there was no problem that they could not fix. Stop going other places for your prescription eyewear; use Costco. The customer service is unmatched. Sincerely, TJ and Ash, thank you.

I am not only super happy with the prices, the assistance we got was amazing. When I found the design of glasses I wanted but they were too tight, the sweet lady went to the rack, pulled off another pair and they were exactly what I wanted. After getting ripped off my another chain in Kingwood, Texas, it was fantastic to know that I could get two pairs of glasses for the prices I paid for one at the other chain. Truly impressed with Costco Optical!
