Wasted an hour and a half of my Saturday morning for them to tell me they can't do any work on tires over 7 years old. My tires are literally from Costco, it's all in their system. They couldn't have checked this beforehand?

I couldn't give a Zero! I've been in the automotive repair industry for 40 plus years and I've never seen the level of slow these guys take it too. I'm not sure how they are staying in business. Whomever is in charge need to be fired!

I spent 15 days trying to get tires at Sam's Club, but I was able to purchase tires for my electric vehicle from Costco on the same day. The team there promptly accommodated my appointment, and Thomas, who assisted me at the desk, was exceptionally professional and helpful. I want to thank the tire team for their positive attitude and outstanding customer service.

BEWARE. Take pictures of your rims before getting your tires changed here. They will scratch up your rims and then say it was like that before.

Everything is in bulk which makes for savings. However, as a single person the quantities I would buy present a storage problem. It is nice that my friends will split items so we each benefit from these savings. Lots of unusual items too.

They quoted me ~25 dollars for a balance and rotate. I was having some vibration issues at high speeds. After the service, the ride was fine, vibrations gone, but then just a few days later the vibration was back and more noticeable at low and high speeds. It looked to me like their wheel weights fell off of one of my wheels. Took it back and they told me I needed an appointment. After the rebalance the technician told me the wheels were barely off and that it might need an alignment. No change in vibration at all. Fast forward a couple months and I needed to get my tires changed out at a different shop (If they can’t balance properly, I don’t trust them to change my tires), and its like I’m driving in a new truck. No shakes, no vibrations. I took it to Costco to save some cash, but it’s like the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for!”

Sams v Costco: I have been a Sam's girl for many years! However, I thought I would try to give Costco a try and see if there is any hype to the madness or just another competing retailer. As you walk in you have the normal greeters at the door nothing crazy just like Sams. As you move on through the front entrance there is the TVs and electronics. I would not say the pricing is higher but about the same. What I did notice is there is a higher quality of items Costco sells not just your big brands but more mom and pop brands. This is not to say it is better, but worth giving a try. When it comes to the food they have fresh produce, frozen food, drinks, household essentials, pet food, and furniture. They also have a coffee grinder for grinding your whole bean coffee that I felt was pretty nice especially when purchasing bulk coffee. They also have a tire center and food court to catch a bite after your long shopping experience. All the food items are pretty reasonably priced and you get a lotta bang for your buck. I will say their pizza is pretty fresh and cooked well done. Would I have another probably so. Is there any difference with the Sam's version not I could tell. My trip was well worth it and the only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I have not tried their clothing and other snacks they have to offer. Would I come again? Very likely, but Sams will always have my heart!

Great tires price. But horrible service. Any service will take you 1-1:30 hrs with appointment. I guess they want y’all to shop more while waiting. Tires jobs done as expected. Nothing superior.
