My husband and I have had at least three of the largest size units over the past five years. When there are no problems, it is great, but when there are problems, they never go away..
Security:
Exit gate has been broken for well over 2 months now. There is nothing to let you know when you enter, so you drive all the way to the exit and then you see a sign and have to go all the way back to the entrance. This is a huge safety concern because if you are here at night, in order to exit you have to get out of your car go out of the facility open the gate go back in the facility get in your car and leave.
Lights: The lights in the hallway on the second floor have been non-functioning for at least five months. This wouldn’t bother me if they weren’t all around my unit. I have reported this to the office on three separate occasions. Nothing is documented- all I get is “we have put in a work order”.
Climate: in the five years that I have been here, I have never been in my units where they are a semi climate controlled temperature. I understand that Climate controlled storage units Are not expected to be 70° but they definitely should not be 89°! have reported this to the office on several occasions. Nothing is documented- all I get is “we have put in a work order”. IF YOU ARE STORING ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE CLIMATE CONTROLLED DON’T DO IT HERE BECAUSE IT WILL BE RUINED.
I feel like I have given this business enough opportunities to fix the problems before complaining. It seems like nothing from corporate gets done so the employees simply just don’t care anymore.
I have asked the employee if this location is corporate owned or if if it is a franchise and It was very clearly person did not know the difference between the two and informed me that she was the manager and basically that complaints go through her. It would be nice to be able to go work in one of my very expensive climate controlled units and not feel like I am in a sauna
As I mentioned, I am not a One to six month customer. I have three of the largest size units at one time I had four.

Ryan and Bre were both extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this location over the other storage units in the area. Customer service is always a 10/10.
