Robert is the man, I got there a few minutes before they closed and he hooked me up with all the stuff I needed and was very friendly! He was definitely on top of his game and knew exactly what to do when I got there, he was also very thorough explaining all of the information. If you go there ask for Robert he’s got you!

Had a storage with cubesmart more for a little over a year. It was reasonable prices, but after a while, they will charge you and charge you. The price on my storage went up & up. Finally I found an apartment, moved everything out left the storage unit clean maculate as I found it. Six months later not being a customer with them, they made an unauthorized payment out of my account. I immediately noticed it since I haven’t been dealing with CubeSmart for almost half a year now and they’re taking money out of my account? I called cubesmart & basically they told me call my bank and deal with it not their problem. Great customer service. Lol

Buyer Beware: A Warning About CubeSmart at 1705 Atascocita Road If you're considering a storage unit, I strongly advise against CubeSmart at 1705 Atascocita Road. My experience there has been a frustrating and concerning series of events, leading me to believe your belongings will not be safe or protected. I've had multiple attempted break-ins to my unit in Building 5. This particular building, located in the back, lacks security cameras entirely. Despite my repeated requests for cameras to be installed, nothing has been done. This significant oversight leaves your property vulnerable. Adding to the security concerns, the main doors to the units are open from 6 AM to 9 PM, providing ample opportunity for unauthorized access.
When I reported one of the break-in attempts, the manager, Mr. Robert, was unhelpful and evasive. He initially refused to provide the district manager's name, stating he had to speak with them in private. Eventually, I learned the district manager's name was Nedra Bryant, but I had to resort to Google to find her email. To this day, I have never received a response from Ms. Bryant.
I even filed a police report, and the police department confirmed that break-ins are a frequent occurrence at this CubeSmart location. This means renting here is a significant risk. Furthermore, the security cameras located in the front office are apparently of such poor quality that all footage appears foggy. This means they were unable to capture any details of vehicles entering or exiting the facility during the incidents. Honestly, the lack of security, unresponsive management, and repeated incidents lead me to suspect that something isn't right at this location. It feels as if they are not genuinely concerned about the security of customers' belongings. You might find yourself needing to drive to CubeSmart daily just to ensure your items are safe.
In one instance, Mr. Robert called me at 5 PM about an attempted break-in, forcing me to rush from Spring before the office closed to address the situation. Based on my experiences, I emphatically urge you: do not rent a storage unit at CubeSmart, 1705 Atascocita Road. Your belongings deserve better protection and more reliable management.

I went inside the store & Robert the store manager had help me with everything & was very polite & was able to show me around the biggest spaces & units and how to pay online for my personal unit. The experience was a 10 he knows alot about information that can help save me time in the future 😀

They broke into my storage there is no locks on the doors the manager on site said that corporate took the passcodes from the doors and he's been begging them to put it back on someone needs to fix this this is not right
