I love this pharmacy! They are always willing to help. I always get that small town pharmacy feel, where they know you by name

very despotic a brunette as soon as she saw me arrive with my daughter she went and treated me badly saying, (don't you look at the signs? you can only grab one!) I asked her a question and she answered me in a very bad mood, I drive 25 minutes to come to this store, definitely lousy service!!!!

Store was clean and beautiful, not over crowded with stuff. Staff were amazing. The ladies that were working on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago bent over backwards to make sure I got the best value for my money. I don't think I'll ever go to a different CVS again.

My experience at this place was completely uncomfortable; all I did was ask for the specific thing I was looking for, I got two women at register with their unfriendly faces looking at me with an attitude… I was unkindly directed to aisle where to go, but at the moment of checking out the two women showed me again their unprofessional attitude with rude demeanor. The woman that checked me out ask for my ID in a way that make me feel I was trying to steal something. I’m Hispanic, you judge.

If your hours are til 11pm, stay open til 11. You are providing a service to sick people. It's unacceptable. Shameful.

The manager literally turned off the self checkout because she thought I was going to use coupons. I asked her she did that and she said it was broken but when I walked in it was on and no one had used and as soon as she saw me walking up she turned it off so I had to wait another 20 minutes to pay and I didn't even use coupons like she thought!

I had an appointment at 11am to get the Covid shot. Its now 11:20, and they have taken 5 walk-ins before me. Why even make an appointment? It clearly doesnt even matter.

I switched to CVS because the new location is very close to my house but I will probably be switching back to Walgreens. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. Every time I have to call, I wait about 20 minutes on hold and then call the store and ask them to transfer me to the pharmacy and alert them that there is a call on hold. That usually gets me through in about 10 minutes. At least 2 times, I went to the store while I was on hold because it was taking so long and they were not busy inside or in the drive through and you could hear the announcement stating there was a call on hold. They just don't answer the phone and that just doesn't work for me since I HAVE to call to let them know to get my prescription started each and every time.

Came for a \\\"walk in\\\" COVID vaccine. Was greeted warmly, even though all the staff members were clearly hard at work assisting other customers. I was asked if I was there for a COVID vaccine (because I was in that line), and when I said I was a \\\"walk in\\\" and wanted the Pfizer vaccine, I was told it would be just a few minutes and that someone would be right with me. Just a couple of minutes later, a pharmacist named Amy finished with her other vaccine customer, asked me a few required questions, gave me the required safety questionnaire to fill out, and gave me my painless vaccine shot. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and EVERYONE was exceptionally nice, helpful, and friendly. This was after getting rudely refused a walk in vaccine at the Walgreen's on the corner of 1960 \\u0026 Lake Houston Pkwy, even though they had plenty of staff, and advertising EVERYWHERE that \\\"Walk Ins\\\" were welcome. Clearly Walgreen's staff was just too lazy to take care of me, so I'll be switching all of my prescriptions and business over to CVS due to their exceptional staff!!!

This is a CVS, it's exactly what you would expect at any CVS. It saves me from going all the way to 1960 which is a big bonus.

cvs.com is making appointments that the staff is not prepared to fulfill. I showed up here for an antibody test and there were no pharmacists working to administer it. I ended up at a Lab where I was finally successful in completing this task.
