Pharmacy hours need to be updated on here. Google shows the pharmacy closing at 10:00 on weekdays, but that is not true. Lost a bunch of time driving here just to find out the pharmacy was closed .

Do not come to this CVS to get your vaccines done by “Bello”. My husband came to pick up his prescriptions and he was asked if he wanted to get his Flu shot. He said yes and came in the store. When he came in, instead of just getting his flu shot, got 7 vaccines. AND they were ALL given in THE SAME spot. He was left with a ginormous hematoma that covers about 2/3 of his shoulder. IF you are healthcare professional, WHICH I AM, you should know that you DO NOT give 7 vaccines all in the same arm. NEVER AGAIN!!!

They can never get the price of the medicine right. You have to constantly tell them, that’s not what I paid last time or one person will tell you a price then someone else tells you a different price. Smh

Pharmacy is by far the absolute worst pharmacy in the area. Excuse after excuse after excuse as to why they CANNOT fill a prescription. This has happened multiple times and I tell my spouse to quit using this pharmacy when the CVS at the Beltway does 1000 times better than them and never have excuses.
AVOID this CVS!!!

Not all CVS are created equal. There was one person greeting and an older white women that was rude, dismissive, and even when I asked for help continued to talk to the other staff member. I’ve encountered passive aggressive white people, but it’s been a while. Two stars for the cleanliness. They also online showed they had certain beauty products in store but didn’t even carry the line upon arrival.

If you buy any drinks at this location, check the expiration dates! Every time I walk in this store and look at buying a diet pepsi, they are all expired! I have been telling them for almost TWO YEARS about this same issue! Most of them this time expired in MARCH, however one expired in AUGUST 2024. That is totally unacceptable and falls on both the PepsiCo Sales person who is supposed to keep on top of this and the store! If I did not always check my expirations, I could have bought this Diet Pepsi and there is nothing nastier tasting than an expired Diet Soda

I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS location today, specifically with an employee named Donna. I’ve visited this store several times, and while most of the staff have been friendly and helpful, today’s visit left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.
From the moment I entered, Donna repeatedly asked, “Can I help you? Can I help you?” despite there being very few customers in the store. Her tone and persistence felt more intrusive than helpful, making me feel like I was being watched rather than assisted.
As I proceeded to check out at the self-service kiosk, I was completing my transactions using coupons—something I enjoy doing and have done at this location before without issue. Donna stood nearby, closely observing and even making visible facial expressions of annoyance or judgment. My husband noticed this as well and politely asked if she was having a good day, to which she responded, “I’m just tired.” However, her behavior came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming.
After I completed my purchase, I left the store feeling so uncomfortable that I chose to drive to another CVS location to continue my shopping. While this location is convenient for me and most of the staff have always been pleasant, Donna’s demeanor made me feel targeted and unfairly judged—especially as I was with my family and clearly not doing anything inappropriate.
I sincerely hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this store. Everyone deserves to shop in an environment where they feel safe, respected, and treated with dignity.

Cynthia was rude as hell I asked her for change and she refused to give me change telling me I needed to buy something so when I bought a piece of candy and then asked for a refund she had a whole attitude telling me to leave and other things and refuseing my refund.then when I told her I wasn't leaving without my money ($2.15) she attempted to process my refund by rebooting her whole computer and having me wait. It's all about the principal, I got plenty of time today since I'm off work 😂

This pharmacy really struggles to dispense meds in a timely fashion. They give times for pick up that are inaccurate and send customers on loops rather than fill prescriptions. Save yourself the hassle and go to Walgreens. Pharmacist was rude and unhelpful with getting post surgery medications. They are more concerned with keeping the window time down like a fast food place than properly dispensing medication.

Went today before work to get my child medicine at 8:15 am and the store was closed although online and the hours posted at the location say they open at 8 am. Another lady pulled up with her sick child and got down just to see they were closed too. Ridiculous.

On 1/24/2025 I picked up an online order at 17900 WEST LAKE HOUSTON PARKWAY, HUMBLE, TX, an hour away from where I live because some of the items were not in stock near my home in Baytown.
I opened the CVS package the next day, 1/25/2025, to discover the seal was broken on the CVS vitamins I picked up from the Humble store.
On 1/25/2025, I went to 3923 GARTH RD BAYTOWN, TX, near my home, and spoke to Jonathon, who automatically knew the seal was broken prior to me showing him the bottle, but the rude manager on duty, Charlie, stood behind me making gestures to Jonathan indicating that I needed to take the vitamins back to the Humble store. Jonathan told me they couldn’t exchange the defective bottle there because it would “mess up their inventory”.
I called CVS at 1514 N ALEXANDER, BAYTOWN, TX, to encounter another rude manager by the name of “Jen”, who initially said I needed to return the defective item back to the Humble location because her store might not carry the CVS vitamins. I told her she did have them, only for her to yell saying, “WELL, I’M TELLING YOU THAT YOU NEED TO TAKE THEM BACK TO THE HUMBLE STORE!” I told her she was going to be reported, and she did not care.
The manager on duty at the Humble store named
“Ms. Martha”, who I called at 6:12 PM 1/25/2025, said both Baytown stores lied to me, and could have easily swapped the items out for me if they wanted to.
I feel completely violated as a loyal CVS customer and frequent online shopper. I have had issues with Charlie being rude, racist and hateful in the past, reported it to his manager, and it’s obvious NOTHING was done.
Charlie and Jen do not possess the adequate skills it takes to properly do their jobs in a Managerial position, and I trust that my issues and concerns will be resolved in a customer service & professional manner.
Thanking you in advance!
