Never had an issue using my savings card in the drive through if there was no line. The lady gave me a hard time and told me so many reasons why she couldn't do it. I'm thinking to myself that she could have been done. She tells me she will have it pulled up, my prescription, when I come in...I go in and had to wait just to be told savings card website is down. 20 minutes to basically tell me the site is down.

Store manager Ken and his team treats customers as family. Lydia acknowledges you when entering and exiting the store. This store is clean and items are knife-edge on shelves. It's one of the best locations to shop.

Today 01/07/24 while buying items at this CVS I went through the self checkout machine to pay for my items. This happen pretty much around 2:05pm. I scanned 2 items and prepared myself to pay with the credit card when I realized that the total was higher than expected. When check closely the receipt I figured out that at the beginning of the digital receipt there was a Visa prepaid $25 card and the $6 activation fee. I called for assistance to remove this from my receipt and then paid the right amount.If this is read by any CVS security member you can access the security cameras on the specific time I describe and see that I got help from the store member to remove that Visa card. The client that checkout before me should be the one trying to scam people with this strategy, most probably it's not the first time.I am giving 3 starts because I did got help from the attendant, but still think that this should never happen in a store with security cameras, or just be corrected ASAP.

I have had multiple issues with the CVS. The pharmacy said they did not receive a call in prescription several times. Took the photo department 20 mins to FIND my photos and then did not have the discount with the coupon i applied for online.

It's always something with this pharmacy. My teledoc is licensed in Texas but because their corporate office is in California, they were unwiling to fulfill my prescription. The lack of concern on the part of the lead pharmacist was notable. I asked them to call the provider to verify while I was in the store and she couldn't be bothered. Despite the convenient location I will not return.

I highly recommend the CVS in Target nearby. I no longer get my prescriptions filled here because they have no urgency and arent the kindest group after multiple trips here. I am now here for a scheduled flu vaccine and still no urgency. Also let another person walk in and be seen ahead of me at the time of my appointment. After that person was finished I still waited. I left and went to the Target without an appt and was seen sooner. Was also acknowledged when I walked to the counter. Unfortunately, I will continue to pass this location which is closer and travel to the Target instead for future needs. Target CVS is the best!!!

I just moved to the area so this is closest to residence.. called to speak to a pharmacist that happened to be a male. He’s rude. Not my first encounter here. Drive thru. Rude. Come to the comments to see what I’m doing wrong.Lo and behold bad reviews many problems with this location!!! Ugh. I’m changing my location.
