The pharmacy isn’t all that I got tried of Walgreens getting my name wrong or number! Now this cvs pharmacy doesn’t tell you nothing about ur medicines this is third time they say it’s ready then u go up it’s not ready! I’m changing my prescription’s somewhere else and where they help you! But online order is fast n awesome but just pharmacy there always issues!

Staff is usually top tier but this younger African American lady that hasn't been there long is extremely rude. I am also African American but noticed that she caters to all other races , greeting them and even assisted the lady behind me after I was standing in line first. She laughed as if it was a joke. Retraining that hoodrat would be my suggestion.

Store was clean. Employee was courteous and quick to offer assistance. I appreciate the convenience of online ordering. All of my orders have been filled quick and accurate. I will definitely continue to use this service.

I love CVS because of their excellent customer service and the wide variety of different kind of products.
It's near to my house. So I can go by walk also.
I especially appreciate the pharmacy services and how quickly you process the subscriptions.

I dont know why this store is still in business. This store needs to shut down.....no one answers the pharmacy phone EVER. It's hell to get your prescriptions transferred. Please don't trust these people with any medicine you need asap

Charolette is amazing! I love this place because even the store manager makes it welcoming. Charlotte even made us laugh when we were all sick! When I say her customer service is second to none! I really hope she is recognized for her hard work and great customer service!

I would give no stars if it were an option. My insurance requires a CVS pharmacy, however they do not require me to use a CVS location where the pharmacy staff are rude and very unhelpful. This location also claims they are not affiliated with the GoodRX savings. I chose this pharmacy due to its conveneient location- but I will drive 20 miles further just so I do not have to deal with the rude and lack of compassion from staff for people needing medications filled in a timely manner. Very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone.

The two employees mentioned in this review
Charlotte night supervisor and Camilla, continue to Exceed my expectations in customer Service. I was a long time loyal walgreens shopper. I come here and shop because of the knowledge base these two employee possess about the service and products of the store. It's always good to find a neighborhood store where you feel welcome each and every time you shop and this CVS fulfills just that. Hopefully Management will recognize these two employee and know that they add value to the customer shopping experience.

Pharmacist MONIQUE THOMAS is a JEWEL the most knowledgeable, professional, caring and most of all approachable pharmacist I’ve ever come across. I’ve really been impressed at the way she handles other customers who come in with a chip on their shoulders and immediately try to disrupt the running of the pharmacy. Ms. Thomas should be giving classes on proper etiquette because she never forgets that the customer is always right and she always going the extra mile to get it right. There’s five in the family we all use CVS and we’ve never had any problems with our prescriptions being late, not ready or out of stock. I think this particular CVS is getting a bad reputation because people bring “there problems” no matter what they are into CVS specifically to the pharmacy staff who are just there to do there job and make life a little more manageable for those that really need there medications. Kudos to MONIQUE THOMAS and staff very kind, patient and helpful. To those of you projecting your problems on these good people shame on you. Continue the good work….
