If I could, I would give them a zero. The pharmacy is so unprofessional and curt. They're always running out of medication or saying they'll fill something and they don't. Customer service there is a joke

Had a bad experience at the CVS. I showed Lydia my digital coupon she got my phone and leaned on the counter said she had to read it which was fine. It was this nice young lady that worked that was passing by Lydia asked her has she ever seen this coupon before. She said yes it's some kind of coupon with pampers and then she looked down and saw that's what I was purchasing. Lydia ask her how do you use it because it's going to ask for a PIN number she said no and showed her exactly how to use the coupon. In the funny thing was Lydia is telling me that I need to print this digital coupon and I'm looking at my screen the young lady has already fixed it and took the dollar off. At the same Lydia telling me that I needed to print the coupon. Then when the young lady walks away Lydia is telling me that the next time I want to use the coupon I have to print it. How dumb is it when it's a digital coupon that does not need to be printed and evidently CVS is participating in the Pampers program because all the instructions was on there when she leaned on the counter to read it. CVS I think you guys need to retrainLydia because she's having problems using digital coupons or she just wanted to give me a hard time. Just reading other reviews about Lydia it's a racial thing.

They are running a scam. I used a GoodRx discount one time, for one medication which was not covered by my insurance. They took it upon themselves to remove my insurance info and have been billing me with only the discount card since then, even though this discount card does not replace your insurance. You're supposed to be able to use GoodRx with or without insurance, so why would they remove my insurance?! Make it make sense. Now that I've discovered what they've done, their system is down and they can't fix the issue or refund my money from the last two refills I picked up. The lady at the window wasn't helpful, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was downright rude, laughing at me (not kidding) and speaking like I shouldn't be bothering her. I told her I'd call every hour and she said "that's fine, I won't be here" (again, not even kidding). Where did they find these ppl who change your whole account without authorization and then treat you like you're the one who messed up?!! And Dear Reader, do you think anyone offered an apology for the fact that some random employee removed my insurance info without my authorization? If they apologized, you did.Beware if you want to use GoodRx at CVS, they will completely remove your insurance!! After they sort this out, I'm transferring my scripts. The McDonald's across the street would do a better job.UPDATE: Been on hold for over 1.5 hours. That's funny since the lady at the window literally told me to call them and they'll fix this when the system is up. How will we do that when they don't answer the phone?! I called the front of the store, they answered and said the pharmacy was really busy. I guess they don't answer the phones unless there's absolutely no one in the store. This place is such a gem.

This pharmacy drive through is the slowest I have experienced. I waited multiple months to post this to see if it was a one off but it constantly moves at a snails pace. Unfortunately since I was blocked in it took me 45 minutes today.

Today, the manager 'J' displayed extremely rude behavior, including racially profiling a well-known individual without realizing her identity. It's astonishing that he forcefully took a basket from a paying customer who clearly had enough cash to cover their purchase. This store urgently needs to address the issues with its staff's attitudes, as reflected in numerous negative reviews.

If I could give -10000 stars I swear I would! The manager (something with a J) is extremely rude and today he I watched him racially profile someone that’s well known without realizing who she really is!! Snatched a basket away from a paying customer who clearly showed you they had more than enough cash to pay for it is WILD! This store needs to re-evaluate who they are allowing to deal with the public!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

Worst service ever. I was racially profiled today by a manager J. He was dressed like a regular person didn’t see no name tag or nothing. A black hoodie. I remember hearing on the speaker saying say all employees watch every isle. Didn’t think nothing of it. Cause I didn’t think it was referring to me especially since I had cash and just paid for my bc. He was speaking to me aggressively. And i felt threaten. He said the cops was coming and I waited. I even called them twice and no one showed up. Count your days J because I will be coming for your job.

This store needs to be shut down permanently, customer service is trash. Law abiding citizens come in this store to spend their hard earned money and is being racially profiled, with nothing being done about it. Employee literally refused an African American woman services based on assumptions. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done.

ZERO customer service. I was in the pharmacy line at 1:56. There was no one else behind me and there were 4 cars in the drive thru line. One of the pharmacists said we’re closed for lunch, we close at 1:30. I told them I drove from BAYTOWN and it’s 1:56 they just repeated WE CLOSE AT 1:30 FOR LUNCH.ZEEEROOOOOO customer service and clearly they don’t honor their hours. They continued attending the people in the drive thru line but turned me away even though I was in line at 1:56 and only had to pick up one prescription.

This cvs pharmacy needs a manger to to put order on these Pharmacists. I called to check on a prescription and no one ever answered! I was waiting for 30 mins and then called again and waited for an hours! No one picks up the phone at this CVS! Horrible! These pharmacists are lazy and don’t ever pick up the phone! You can’t tell they hate their jobs!
