PLEASE DON'T GO HERE WHEN THE PHARMACIST DENISE IS THERE. SHE HAS NO EMPATHY AT ALL FOR THE CUSTOMERS. MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS UP AND I ASKED HER WOULD SHE GIVE ME A COUPLE OF MY BLOOD PRESSURE PILLS AS A LOANER UNTIL TOMORROW WHEN I GO TO THE DOCTOR THEY WILL SEND OVER MY NEW PRESCRIPTION. .SHE SAID THAT THE PHARMACIST CAN DO IT AT THEIR OWN DECRESSION AND THAT SHE WASN'T DOING IT. I ASKED HER IF I HAD TO GO TO THE ER OR POSSIBLY HAD A STROKE AND SHE SAID IT WAS AT HER DERCRESSION AND SHE DIDN'T CARE. PLEASE STAY AWAY WHEN SHE'S THERE!! SHE IS EXTREMELY HEARTLESS!!! I TOLD HER THAT I WAS CHANGING PHARMACIES AND SHE SAID WELL I CAN PUT ALL OF YOUR OTHER MEDICATIONS BACK AND LET THE OTHER PHARMACY FILL IT!! I WAS DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED IN HER BEHAVIOR. ISHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD OTHER CUSTOMERS AND CLOSE THE WINDOW. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AS LONG AS SHE'S THERE!! I TOLD HER GOD BLESS YOU AND I LEFT!!! THIS HAPPENED TODAY JULY 1, 2025. I I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR A VERY LONG TIME BUT NOT ANYMORE AS OF TODAY!!!

Worst customer service ever. Always that I come here for meds there is an issue. Always the pharmacist always says that my doc need to send the request again because “she is not seeing anything” in her computer

It’s a surprise they have a 2 star and not in the negatives. Every single time I come here it’s an issue. Whether cashiers or pharmacy. Today was both! I hate my Dr sends my meds here but it’s the closest to my house. I’m willing to drive further at this point because it’s ridiculous how unprofessional the entire store is. Today 5/8 was no different

Very satisfied customer and I will return to the store. I picked up my prescription at Atascocita location and they were fully staff and didn't take but 2 minutes to get my prescription and go. Don't have any suggestions on improving at this time.

Shelves were not restocked. They do not have dedicated people that just do stock. They have cashiers do it between customers soanu times there are full boxes of stock not being put on the shelves. Their app said store had 2 of what I wanted to by but they were probably still in stock boxes. They should have a couple of people after store hours doing restock

The Rudest Pharmacy I've ever encountered. On the phone & in person. Do they not like their job. I am transferring my prescription ASAP. They want you to get your vaccines there. I don't think so.

The rudeness we get everytime we go to the pharmacy here is ridiculous. They speak to you as though you work there and should know what’s going on, then if you ask questions they are even ruder.

Just rude. They hang up in your face. If you call the 1- 800 number. I doubt if the district manager does anything. I have never seen anything like this. I'm definitely calling my insurance company to see if my prescription can be filled somewhere else for the 3 month supply. If I could give the pharmacy a negative rating I would.

This pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They say my prescription will be ready that day but then call back 30 mins later to tell me they actually won’t have it for 2 more days. Then I tried to talk to the actual pharmacist and she basically says it is what it is and actually hung the phone up

The pharmacy people are the most incompetent people there is out there, lazy and rude. Every single time I get any prescription there they always mess something up is like they can’t do things right at all. I go out of my way to ask for the one inside target they are AMAZING!!! but this pharmacy staff sucks! I’m always so nice to them but they really push you to be angry with their horrible attitude and incompetence. Even when they make a mistake and I tell them they always act like they assume they are always right which is so immature. No accountability at all!
