Just rude. They hang up in your face. If you call the 1- 800 number. I doubt if the district manager does anything. I have never seen anything like this. I'm definitely calling my insurance company to see if my prescription can be filled somewhere else for the 3 month supply. If I could give the pharmacy a negative rating I would.

This pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They say my prescription will be ready that day but then call back 30 mins later to tell me they actually won’t have it for 2 more days. Then I tried to talk to the actual pharmacist and she basically says it is what it is and actually hung the phone up

The pharmacy people are the most incompetent people there is out there, lazy and rude. Every single time I get any prescription there they always mess something up is like they can’t do things right at all. I go out of my way to ask for the one inside target they are AMAZING!!! but this pharmacy staff sucks! I’m always so nice to them but they really push you to be angry with their horrible attitude and incompetence. Even when they make a mistake and I tell them they always act like they assume they are always right which is so immature. No accountability at all!

This location is the worst! Every time I go in to pick up my dad’s prescription they lie and say that it hadn’t been sent in. Just yesterday around 5pm I went in for a prescription that was sent while we were still in the dr’s office and once again the staff informed me it had not been sent in..called this morning to check status just for the employee to tell me it had been filled at 7pm the day before.

I have been waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru and there is only one car in front of me. This is the norm . The gentleman in front of me was in a discussion with CVS about changing Medicare charges Last week, they didn't have the prescription ready and told me to come back in 2 hours. I returned in about 2 and a half hours and it was closed. I returned and they told me that they were out. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone in need of medicine.

I continue to be disappointed by this CVS. The rudeness of pharmacy staff members, inability to provide services for the little effort they can summon to get it done means I'm moving all my family scripts to Walgreens down the road. Not worth using this CVS.

I was refused an explanation on an issue related to my prescription. Staff took it upon themselves to contact my doctor without disclosing the problem with me. When inquiring, staff hung up on me. I will be contacting Corporate.

By far the worst service to get a simple prescription filled nothing is ever available and then they claim to order the prescription but never get the item in. Went to HEB product was available, zero issues. Horrible experience!

Hi, I had a wonderful experience at this CVS. The guy, Eric, was so helpful and patient. I told him that I'll be back looking for him. :) The store was well stocked and clean. There was no spots on the carpet. Very good CVS. I'll definitely will be back, even if its out of my way. Thank-you. Rickie

If 0 stars were possible, this pharmacy deserves it. I have gotten my prescriptions filled here for approx. 20 years but it seems that in the last 2-3 years, their service has deteriorated tremendously. As other reviews have noted: extremely long hold times, long lines, rude staff, inefficient system, etc. For example, went in today to pick up an rx that I prepaid yesterday and got a message stating was READY FOR PICKUP, barcode included. I walk in, erroneously assuming that they'd scan the barcode, grab it from the appropriate shelf and I'd walk out. Not quite what happened- first off, the barcode didn't work, then the lady at the register (plump black lady with a heavy Nigerian or other African accent) proceeds to tell me about 2 other meds that are in process - meds I did not inquire about to begin with. I simply came in for the one rx that I knew was ready. I diverted her back to the issue at hand. She goes around to 4-5 different areas in search of my rx and finally finds it. Prime example of how disorganized/chaotic their system is. The customer in line in front of me asked for her rx which she also got a message stating was ready, only to be told that it was not. Their system needs a major overhaul and they are also in dire need of employees who are both efficient and know what good customer service entails. There seems to be a high turnaround at this pharmacy but the one (unfortunate) constant at this location is an employee by the name of Domilette (sp?) (dark skin and long hair, wears glasses and has a nose ring) who never fails to remind you of much she despises interacting with customers. All interactions with her, with the exception of one RARE occasion, have been unpleasant. I was stunned on that one occasion and wondered what happened to her usual rude and uncaring demeanor. I actually despise picking up my meds here because something inevitably goes wrong, but mostly because I don't want to interact with rude employees such as Domilette who seems to have not a shred of common courtesy or kindness in her body. I don't only speak for myself, but also for my elderly mom who has dealt with her many times and after each interaction, she comes home in such a stressed emotional state because of the way she has been treated. Just yesterday she went in and a customer standing in line behind her witnessed and remarked about how poorly Domilette was speaking to her. Upon hearing of this encounter and how Domilette did not do more to assist my mom, I reached my tolerance limit and when I went in today to pick up my rx, took that opportunity to speak to her directly about her rude attitude. She did not feel compelled to apologize for her behavior only until the very end - more than likely just her way of placating me. I have worked in customer service for 20+ years (namely a doctors office in a large and renowned hospital system in the Med Center) and like I told her, I would have gotten fired many times over if I'd ever spoken to patients the way she speaks to customers. If she has such a difficult time interacting with people, then as I mentioned to her, she should consider working "behind the scenes". I failed to tell her that she would not be pleased if her mom or other family members were treated in the manner in which she treats customers. I don't anticipate anything changing at this pharmacy unless more customers provide their feedback to CVS Customer Relations (as I plan to do) but I will not continue to put up with rude behavior and much less allow my elderly mom to be subjected to mistreatment.

Literally the worst pharmacy. I called to see if my prescription was ready, left home, drove up there, waited in line and they still hadn’t answered. I wish I could give less stars.
