The night shift front lady Shirley was very helpful. She helped me get my grandma into an accessible room, schedule her shuttle and even set up and alarm in her room all from the phone. The room was ready for her even before she got from the airport. She was very patient with me and my grandma and very helpful. She also speaks Spanish which was great to my grandma. Overall, very pleasant experience

ALL remodeled rooms now. Quiet, grab n go breakfast, no place to sit & eat. 2 stories. Shuttle to IAH Airport. Friendly service.

worst service ever!! And then the rooms are very dirty. I had very rude service. They are illegal. They asked for my information on my service animals and would not give me give my room key untill I showed them my information which is very illegal. Rooms are Not clean its not a smoke-free environment worst place ever would not recommend also extremely racist so if you’re a person of color, please do not come here

Is AC barely works, Toilet head toilet paper stuck on the seat no trash cans in the room the front desk service was poor at very best. Not recommended at all

Airport shuttle service was awful or non existent. No mention of rooms being partially under construction. Not a cozy stay.Noteworthy details: Unreliable service and no breakfast

New rooms with lots of space. Very impressed with the numerous electrical outlets, cubbyholes, and ledges to put your belongings. Room included a mini fridge and microwave. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, great service!

Best well kept affordable Houston secret.Super close and walkable to Chick-a-fila,Burger king,Ross and Deerbrook mall.Very,very clean motel!!!!Rooms: Full kitchens in all rooms.Newly renovated rooms with laminate floors.Safety: Kids play safely on premise as it is a quite Street.Walkability: Close to Deerbrook mall.Food & drinks: Burger king and chickafila across the building.Noteworthy details: All of the above!
