Kubilay and Theresa went above and beyond in helping me and the other customers that were there before me. They were able to quickly track my package and notified me when it was ready for pick up. Excellent customer service!

It's ridiculous how many 1 star reviews have been left by vengeful customers for this location. I am a frequent customer to this service point and I have witnessed firsthand, customers being unbelievably unreasonable with DHL associates.
DHL associates here are fun to work with. Martha, Teressa, Kubilay - these three will move heavens to meet your needs. At the end of the day, people will still find reasons to complain, which is quite sad. Customer Service is not an easy job.
My only complain is that this location is quite far from my work! But I would prefer going here even if there was one nearby.

I come to this location about 3-4 times a week to drop off my company's international shipments. Kubali and Teresa are always so friendly & helpful. They have always treated me with great respect and have been professional not only with me but other customers as well.
I did want to give a special shout out to Kubali as I saw him deal so professionally & respectfully with a very difficult & rude man that was ahead of me one afternoon when I came to drop off. I was very impressed with Kubali's abilty to keep calm and level toned even when this customer was absolutley out of line and giving Kubali a very difficult time. I was even more impressed with Kubali's professionalism dealing with this hard situation.
I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years now & I am very impressed & pleased with the great customer service I recieve each time I deal with Teresa & Kubali. I highly recommed this location.
Also wanted to give a shout out to our delivery driver Ariel who delivers our inbound shipment to our shop! She is awesome!

I was very satisfied with the service there. Kubilay was very helpful, attentive, and patient, great customer service. I highly recommend this location, I will definitely be coming back in the future.

The couriers are liars and a total inconvenience. The courier LIED and said the address on my package was incorrect. Thankfully I have a photo of the waybill and it was indeed correct. So my package was not delivered as scheduled. To make matters worse when speaking with a representative she said the courier lied because they were unable to finish the delivery. I had to correct an address that was already correct. Now that the courier has lied it has delayed my package and now I’m going to be out double the money due to the incompetent courier she hires don’t follow directs and deliver my package. I can’t sit at home and miss work due to a incompetent courier driver

My delivery was supposed to be made today I’ve been home waiting for them to drop it off and someone needed to sign for it. No one rung my doorbell or knocked on door. No one even called me to let me know that they were outside ! I’ve been trying to contact the direct location to where it’s supposed to get dropped off to pick it up. Y’all have to do better! There is no reason why the delivery driver couldn’t knock or ring the doorbell to let me know he was here. My garage was open and my car was in the driveway. i’m supposed to be getting married this sunday !!!! Who can i speak to to pickup my package today. The 1-800 number for DHL told me that i could pick up my package from this address monday but i cannot wait until Monday and that package was for my hair. This is ridiculous and this location doesn’t even have a direct number to call to get further assistance !

My package was scheduled to be delivered on a certain day by 8pm. I called at 11 am that day and was told my package arrived and was at the facility and would be delivered that say,I waited all day and called back at 5:30 pm and was told the package was left at the facility and would be delivered the next day. I explained the delivery had to happen that day and I could not miss another day from work. I wanted to hold them accountable and ask for them to keep their word to me and deliver my package on that day. I was assured it would be done and would get a call back from the facility. Never heard anything,package never came, a full day waisted,and now a second day waisted waiting again on them to deli er my package. I would not recommend this delivered very service

Update to four stars due to the responsiveness from Ken at DHL, inquiring into our shipment delay details quickly.
If our rather expensive overnight guaranteed package had actually arrived the next day, this would have been 5 stars due to the fantastic service from the receptionist at the center. Fantastic lady, very positive and helpful (and doesn't look her age which she proudly shared - WoW!).

Very UNPROFESSIONAL business place ever to be honest. They had me wait an 1hr just to get an answer. Cedric shouldn't be working here for place of business of employment the way he operates! But how huge he is I understand anybody his size would take forever just to walk to give a person a response. There is NO communication here and lack of respect here . I thank God I don't work here such a blessing. They seem to be worser than the postal service. I highly don't recommend them for employment not because of me getting told a NO but the vibe and the energy is here is BAD. When customers or anyone come here they want to be acknowledged this place doesn't serve that let alone they are bad with packages and delivery. I mean the truck drivers can't even drive they all blocking the entrance it's a mess here. anyone who sees this RUN! this deserves no star.

I work for DHL EXPRESS at the DFW AIRPORT, i would like to say thank you to Greyner Melendez, who gave me the best customer service on May 26th 2024 pm, i felt like a customer needing help, I emailed IAH Management, Greyner had me to call him, I must say he solved my situation, this shows we are not only ALWAYS there for our customers, we are there for each other.
