Front cashiers are unaware of their promotions. Would not accept a coupon and reward together. They are different! Cashier claimed could not take the coupon due to already taking the $10 reward.

Jeremy in the weight section was very helpful. My husband and I were trying to decide which squat rack to get and he ran through pros and cons of each one we looked at. Everyone we encountered was very nice.

This location is my favorite. They always have a manager at the entrance to assist you. The employees are helpful, friendly and well informed. No they have a huge Calia section so I am in Heaven.

Advertise false sales, customer service is worse then going to a McDonalds Josh thinks is funny to talk out loud to make sure you hear what he has to say . Yet was too quiet when getting confronted. They thought I wouldn’t know that Josh is from Hardlines and not a manager he needs some more training to do .
