The customer service provided by Nick was truly exceptional. He displayed a friendly demeanor while efficiently addressing my needs and demonstrating extensive knowledge about the required services. I was promptly attended to, and even with the task of replacing all four tires, the entire process took a mere 27 minutes.

Great service. Was greeted at the door and helped immediately. I made an appointment and paid for tires online which was super easy. They got my car in more than 2 hours ahead of my scheduled appointment and had me out in under 30 minutes.

An appointment means nothing here. Don’t waste your lunch break for sure. And after sitting here for so long while they took cars without appointments in front of me tell me pretty much oh well. I bought four new tires and as I went to get money back and leave suddenly they can get my car in the bay!! If I could give zero stars I would!!! Found out they got me in the bay because my husband called them and raised hell about it!

I had a predicament with a tire blow out, Adam initially answered the phone when I called to price me some tires for my 1997 Honda CR-V. He explained that he didn’t have them in stock but if he need them he would send someone right away to pick them up from 59s and East mnt houston and he would have me rolling by 6pm. I have to give it to Adam and his team for getting me back on the road by 6pm. Thank you so much once again Adam and Gabe for assisting me in a timely manner! Keep up the great work!!!

Worst customer services I did a appointment to change one tire the guy wanted to offer me one more tire & told him no so they was going to change my tire and he came up with a excuse that my lug nuts bolts can break so he called me outside to show me but what I seen was that he dint wanted to do it because I dint buy the other tire he keep wanted to change a different tired so I told him leave it like that I will take the tire somewhere els I CANT Believe it I had to drive home with a bad tire with my daughter by the way I took off the lug nuts manually when I got home
