Went in first thing on a Monday morning for a full set of new tires fully prepared to work from the lobby, thinking it would take several hours. Despite a packed reception area, we were greeted almost immediately, got in a fast moving line, and then Javier helped us get what we needed. In line, consult, selection, and new tires in less than an hour!!! Just wow! No issues a week later.

I will never buy tires from any place but DT. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional (today Javier and Harley), the service was quick (in and out in 30 min), and service after the sale is typically no charge.

Special young man helped me, Zach Mendoza. Soon as I drove up and parked, he was there at my door welcoming me with a warm greeting. He looked over my issue with care and took care of me. The main thing I wanted to compliment was the professionalism and warm hearted customer service he displayed. If I was in charge of hiring in a big time company, looking to hire a great young talent, I would definitely recruit Zach.

Discount Tire at 7424 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E in Humble, TX, provided exceptional service. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed my tire issue and offered a cost-effective solution. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my car was ready in no time. I highly recommend Discount Tire for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.

I am in Kingwood visiting family. While driving down my right front tire encountered a pot hole that was literally teeth rattling. I decided I needed to have the tire and rim checked for any damage before I return home. Since I have used Discount Tire exclusively for my tire needs since the late 1980's I located the nearest one which is located at FM1960 in Atascocita. The service rep came out and did a visual inspection with no damage noted but to be certain they would remove the tire to do a thorough inspection, rebalance it and put it back on. They went ahead and performed a complete balance and rotation for all 4 tires since I was about 200 miles past due for a rotation. I was ready to go in about 30 minutes. This would have taken 2 to 3 hours at my local discount tire. I watched as customers came and went after having their vehicles serviced. I was extremely impressed with the speed, efficiency and professionalism of the staff. I was reminded of the reason I became a loyal Discount Tire customer all those years ago when the Discount Tire locations were few and far between. The people in the Kingwood and Atascocita area have a rare gem in their Discount Tire.

National Chain- Small Town Customer Service. I was in Atascocita last year spending time with my father while he battled a terminal disease. Jason took amazing care of me when I came in for tires. Couldn't have asked for friendlier help. Since leaving, I have only been going to Discount Tire for our tire needs. Jason helped earn Discount Tire, a customer for life!
