This is a very dangerous store?......you enter with cash in your pocket, and leave with no more money left....the prices are tremendously good. Everything you need to look fabulous is in this one store. The staff and the managers are on par with even the high end stores. They know how to treat you when you go there ????❤️?

Rude associate at this location with an attitude problem. Bad customer service. I tried returning a purse I bought at another dsw with a receipt but with no tag and she said she can’t return items with no tag. I told her that is false because I had just bought it 2 weeks ago unused I had receipt and within the 90 day return policy. I told her there was no tag when I originally bought it, she said that’s not true because they had a lot of those purses in stock. I bought it in sugarland. She was like then go back to sugarland. I called customer service and complained , they told me to call the store and speak to the manager . I also called another dsw store and she agreed with me and said she should have been able to return it. It sucks because this is the closest store to me, all this to return a purse. So stressful. Train your associates better Humble dsw.

The shoes have good prices and they gave me a discount for first time member! I was hesitant about coming in but I'm quite happy with my purchase. They also have a variety of shoes as well

Poor customer service! When I asked can I have a bag for my purchase, she literally said “we are bag less” and walked away. When the persons in front of me left with a bag. Get it together, either you are bag less or you pick and choose who you give a bag too!
