This place is causing ingrown townails. I DO NOT recommend. During my pedicure, I noticed the tech was using cuticle clippers to cut the sides of all my toe nails (improper technique). And she even started yanking on a piece of nail, which was painful, and I had to ask her to stop. She never even used a nail file (which is the proper tool) to shape my nails. My friend goes here regularly, and had such a bad ingrown toenail that she had to see a podiatrist. I will never come here again.
One star for at least having friendly staff and a nice paint job.

This was my 1st and last visit. I was charged 34 for a BASIC pedicure; no gel, shellac, decorations; nothing. When you sit down in the chair, they bring you the menu and automatically recommend the most expensive option and will keep badgering you when you tell them you only want a basic pedicure. The male tech that did my pedicure was completely unprofessional and didn't even give me a foot massage. He rushed through my pedicure, and I had to go back and tell him to remove the callus from the bottom of my feet, in which he got an attitude. I asked him why he didn't massage my feet, and he told me that I needed to get a better package and that next time he would add 10 minutes of massage. Are you serious??! He seemed as if he's not even certified. I looked around and saw all the causcasian visitors being treated well and offered drinks, more time, and they were all smiles with them, but I literally waited over a half hour for someone to even check to see if my nails were dry after my pedicure. Definitely will not be returning.

'Inconsistent pricing. Will tell you one price and change it when they finish your work. Avoid all the male nail techs, they treat natural long nails as if they’re fake meaning they will chop off your natural nails just to attach fake nails. The nails are not well done. Just go anywhere else, it’s not worth possibly messing up your nails. Female techs are friendly but need to train their male counterparts.
Stylist: He was horrible , he was the younger of the two men there.!

I was here yesterday for a mani/pedi. I am partially disabled and have a speech impediment. This did not detract from the wonderful services I received. They helped pick colors and designs. I gave full reign and creative decision making to them. I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you!

I was a bit disappointed with the service, i asked for white polish. And the lady ended up using gel white polish. So when i went to pay i had to pay the extra $15 which i did pay because i didnt want to make a scene. But that wasn’t what i asked for, and what i was told was that “gel is better it last longer “ and “her English is not that good”…. Which really just sounded like excuses to me. Make sure you are specific and very precise with what you ask for. And also i didnt like that the prices werent up in the open were u can see them when you walk in. They only bring you the prices once you are on the chair with your feet already in the water. They just tell you to come in.

They used to use brand new equipment for pedicures, but now they use the same thing on every person and that's disgusting. I won't be coming back here. I'm so tired of places getting lazy and nasty, and cheap.
