We are from out of state and ordered some flowers and strawberries to send our parents in Hưmble, TX. The flowers came with poor arrangement. They pretty much died the same night not even next morning. The strawberries looked like kids done it at home for fun, not coming from a professional store. Very disappointed

If I can give 0 stars I would. I ordered strawberries that were to say “best dad ever” along with three balloons for Father’s Day. I received strawberries that my 8 year old daughter could have done better and no balloons at 10:30pm. It states delivery to residential no later than 9pm. Not only were the strawberries very poorly put together but they were out of balloons and had no common sense to call and let me know. Instead they still charged me for the balloons. I don’t know who is their decorator but they need to find someone new from the looks of mine and previous reviews. I had to call corporate for a refund cause haven’t heard anything which I expected since they didn’t have the common courtesy to call and let me know they were out of balloons. I will NEVER order from this location again. Great way to ruin a fathers day surprise.

Not the best experience at all. Not worth the drive or the money. Strawberries were very small and not great in quality. Secondly, having to wait 35 minutes for the strawberries to be dipped and cooled was not the best choice on my part, since I almost left before then because they couldn't make fruit arrangements due to lack of supplies. I gave a 2 because it's my anniversary 😅.

I'm very disappointed. What my sister received for her birthday wasn't what they advertised. No balloon and not flowers. I was told the only thing that would change was the vase.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day and paid for expedited shipping to be delivered on Saturday 05/10 thinking it wouldn’t be as busy as the actual day. It never got delivered. I then called on Sunday, which was actual Mother’s Day and was promised it would be fulfilled and delivered that day and waited all day only to again not have my arrangement delivered. So my Mother’s Day surprise was ruined. I called Monday morning only to be told that my order could not be delivered because they were too busy. I asked for a complete and total refund, including the extra shipping amount which I will be given. I will never again be ordering edible arrangements from this location ever again. I cannot believe a business can stay alive when this is the kind of customer service. Do not order from here!!!!

I would of gave it a 5 star but when I complained about my cupcakes because they were really hard, the manager wasn't helping at all, I had to call corporate to get a refund, they didn't even bother to give something for the inconvenience but I would not be ordering here again. Good edible fruit but the cupcakes were really hard and customer service was bad as well.

Very friendly staff and I even came in late right before closing Adrienne the store manager was kind enough to still make my order at the last minute 10 out of 10 recommend.
