This location is terrible. I have been here twice when they have let me rent a car online and they have no vehicles or not the one they have allowed me to rent when I show up, then I have to pay for the Lyft here and back.

Absolutely the worst Enterprise I have ever been to have using for many years and this the first that I have never wanted to do business with. They have store for out of staters that requires credit cards only be warned to all this is place horrible.

I had to get a rental because someone hit my truck. They closed the Will Clayton location and made this super one. The employees that I delt with were very professional and down to earth.

I reserved a 15 passenger van at this location a month and a half before my trip. Much to my dismay, I get a call 2 days before my trip saying the van is not available. Now this puts a strain on my trip. I would have liked to be able to get an attempt of a discount for 2 other vehicles since now we will be wasting more gas, but unfortunately, 2 smaller vans, same price. We wanted to give Enterprise a shot since it's close to home and convenient. Well the group lost confidence in this place and decided to rent at our regular place. We found what we needed, luckily, and on such short notice, so we cancelled with Enterprise and probably stick with our good ole car rental place.

excellent service, we still didn’t understand why Enterprise at the airport was not open 24/7, we had to take a taxi to this address. The guys were friendly, patient and informative, they told us everything and replaced our midsize Suv with a pickup truck since there were no ready-made cars.

This location in Humble, Texas off I-59 is the very WORST!!
Spencer is the less than a scum employee.
This location NEVER & I mean NEVER answer the phone, customer service is a ZERO star rating.
Accountability for this location is a ZERO star rating.
Management for this location is a less than ZERO star rating.
The entire infrastructure for this location is a TOTAL WRECK!!
Called their 800 number over 2 weeks ago & as of today 05/18 still no response yet.

Do not rent room here! If you call to complain about how a car is driving when you return they will blame it on you and do a claim .

3rd time in 2 months called three hours later and after business hours saying the reservation for the morning is not available. Sold out they stated. I need a vehicle.
