Terrible service I booked a luxury vehicle which was called and told that they didn’t have what I picked online. I was also told that they don’t accept debit card because of the type of luxury car I wanted to rent you needed a credit card. Which I was not told and was not aware of that information. So when called back to ask if they had anything else that I could use a debit card they told me no because I booked a luxury car. So I had to wait at the dealer ship so someone could pick me up because my reservations were canceled.

First time renting a car and I felt a sense of unsure of how to do the whole process but the Enterprise team made it so easy to get everything situated for a trip for my Dallas trip! Friendly, fast, affordable, and a great car I got to take on my trip!

DARNELL has made this the WORST experience possible. After being in a terrible car accident, my family and I were taken advantage of by Darnell. He knowingly up charged my family with a car outside of our insurance payment threshold. After weeks of unknowingly paying an out of pocket daily fee, I filed a claim through my insurance to get my money back. From there, enterprise refused to reimburse me stating I requested an upgrade outside of something I could afford! Do not come here!

Just moving to Texas I was recently rear ended in need of transportation. My brother called enterprise and arranged a rental and a friendly driver came to my home with a rental. That was so convenient. The agent Jazmin at the desk was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable which made my emergency rental experience very pleasant. Thank you Enterprise staff

Horrible service! No vehicles and was told I needed to call around to check if other places had cars! It is there job to secure a vehicle for me not the other way around! Will never use enterprise again

Made an appointment to pick up a vehicle after getting into a wreck. When I get there at nine thirty in the morning, Lo and behold they don't have the size available that the insurance will pay for..... So I have to wait until later in the afternoon to pick up a car. Almost like what was the point of making a reservation, And putting what size vehicle I needed.. Also while I was there one of the employees brought their children, Who were running around and making lots of noise, Interrupting their mom while they were trying to speak with me, And generally made the experience very annoying to deal with. I came to rent a car not engage with children That have no manners.

They had plenty of cars on the lot and they kept trying to put me in the smallest cars im 6'4

I did initially have issues mostly associated with limited availability due to reasons beyond the control of the location, but in the end, Kerion (Please forgive me if spelling is incorrect) was amazing and went out of his way to make things right. I really appreciate him and will continue to recommend this location. Thank you!
