BUYER BEWARE:
This company is INCREDIBLY incompetent, unprofessional, and deceptive. We ordered a mattress from Purple and EFW is their delivery company. From day one, Karina has been incredibly difficult to deal with. Instead of calling to introduce herself she texts my wife from an Illinois number saying “did you order a mattress?” Naturally, my wife thought it was spam and didn’t answer. She stated our order was ready when I called the number, just for them to call us back on the expected delivery date stating they did not have our order. After ~six hours across multiple phone calls and 14 days purple confirmed they had the order. We paid $200 for set up and EFW did not honor the setup, they sent one delivery driver who did not perform the setup. That driver delivered an ADDITIONAL mattress that had our name, address, and order number on it. We opened the package assuming it was apart of our order. Fast forward two more weeks Karina calls me three times while I’m at work. Once I call her back she was rude and had a horrible attitude. She said I would be charged for the mattress since we opened it and hung up in my face. After calling purple they assured me this was their mistake and we would not be charged.
Karina desperately needs to be coached in professionalism. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.
