Had a great experience at Ettin Games! Ken and CJ helped me out with finding stuff, were super knowledgable, but friendly and not at all pushy.
Prices are at or even a bit under MSRP, not marked up at all.
There is a great selection of board games, Warhammer, battletech, hextech, DnD, Pokémon, etc.. and tables to play on for free as well as all the terrain and "free to use in store" demo games you could want.
This is a great store and community hub and I only regret not living closer!

Was looking for a place to play battletech after getting one box; now this place has not just given me a place to play the game but has let me make genuine friends after moving here. They’ve got a great selection and variety of other games, and the staff are engaged in some of the hobbies as well, and are very knowledgeable in most realms, or at least know someone who is. Overall, an amazing place to shop, or to hangout!

Etiin Games is a wonderful environment, cultivating community gaming for all ages. TTRPGs, miniature war games, card games, board games, hobby paints, dice collections, Ettin has it all. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and engaging with a variety hobbies. The store is always hosting gaming events on every day of the week, all visible on the store calendar. The community players are welcoming to new and old hats alike. There's no other game store I would like to frequent more!

The most chill place for gaming, painting, and everything in between :) The owner is a really chill guy to match and has even given me some pointers in the small business area. The atmosphere reminds me of the good ol 90's arcade. Just friendly peeps gaming and geeking out with like minded folk. Highly recommend this place for all your tabletop needs!

Had been looking for a Battletech tabletop gaming group for a while, couldn't find a consistent one until I started playing here. Staff does a great job organizing events and is always available to answer questions. Gaming tables are quality, and there's always enough terrain for a game.

I run my weekly games at Ettin, the staff is friendly, they work with me and my group to reserve tables, order products and give us a good playing area with large tables, terrain and battle mats so we don't have to bring our own. I can't say it enough but this is the game store to play tabletop if you live in North Houston.

A great Friendly Local Game Store, I got my re-start into TableTop RPGs here. So much more to choose from since the move to the much larger space. A good place to feed my habit for OSR Table Top RPG stuff.

I have shopped at and attended events at Ettin Games for years. Joining in a one-shot RPG day adventure was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. I met my best friends at that game. The store has always been staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people that have always made me feel like I belonged. This business is truly a hub for the RPG community.
