8/4 Pump was not taking rewards...cashier suggested I prepay inside. Discount was not applied. I asked cashier to void the transaction so my account would not be charged, he stated he did not know how to void it. I figured it at the pump and was able to get the reward discount...but know I have 2 charges posted. Waiting to see if the first charge will drop off since it's was prepaid.
What an inconvenience that the only cashier in the store can not complete what should be a routine transaction...

Just came in to put gas and the Nigerian lady behind the counter glass is so rude it’s too early to be like that . I’m coming in all the time never had experience like this ! She didn’t say good morning or nothing . Just asked what do I need ? Like really ?? And she is parking at a gas pump isn’t there employee parking ? Will not return this early in the morning never

I just seen the bad review from Sean as i was About to give my review i come to this gas station often and i have seen the staff change over the years the new staff they have is amazing they remember my order each time i come In they are extremely friendly sometimes it’s one person per shift and that’s okay because i always Get great service so forgive Sean for not seeing that the poor kid was working a busy night and made sure to lock up to keep the outside clean for us the customers. Keep up the good work guys ! Love marble red 100’s Linda ~

Was early for a movie so we could stop and get candy’s for the kids. Service attendant was outside cleaning trash cans and told us “it will be 15 mins.” Then after the movie stop by to get gas and use the restroom. Attendant said “they are out of order because they are a mess” sounds like the kid has finished his cleaning and doesn’t want anyone to mess it up. He actually told me to go to whataburger to use the bathroom. So I ended up having to pay extra at the movies and not able to use the restrooms. Not a very convenient store where customers come after the “convenience of the attendant”
I will never stop here again.

I've been buying gas and running my cars through the car wash at the Exxon on North Park by 59 for over 20 years. Today the car washes' blow dry did not work. When I spoke to the lady in charge, she informed me that I didn't know how to properly drive thru the car wash. Wow 20 Years and somehow, I forgot how to pull Forword when the green light came on. Only this time the blow dryer did not come on. Her attitude was condescending and rude.
I was just trying to inform and perhaps get a code for a future wash.

I thought I had dropped my sunglasses and case outside the car when getting out together gas. I realized this later and called the attendant on duty at 1;20pm Sat Sep 02. He was very nice and went out to check the entire parking lot..My glasses weren't found, but I appreciate the willingness of this person to help me..Good customer service! Thank you!
