The communication for set up was good. There was a slight hiccup with QR codes but was sorted out quickly. The biggest complaint I have is when I picked up my order of over 20 signs, only 3 were labeled. I had to unroll them and verify where they belonged which took time that I didn't have.

The work that their installer did the first time they came out was not professional looking at all, however they did come out and fixed it after I left a message about my displeasure. The thing that really set me off was the fact that I placed the order as building manager and when they couldn’t get ahold of me they installed a suite sign per tenant that they really didn’t know if the sign was for their suite or not and placed on the wall in the wrong place that now I have to patch and paint. I will never use them again.

Fast Signs truly lives up to its name! My husband requested an alteration on an old yardsign yesterday. They made a new yardsign today. One day service and the yardsign has exactly the look I wanted! Thank you Fast Signs.
