Being my first time going to this location 6626 FM 1960 E inside of Walmart, I give a special thanks to Kristina for making my experience highly satisfactory. She was very professional and also suggested that I repackage my shipment which gave me more confidence that it would reach its destination on time. Kudos to Kristina for making this my preferred Fedex location going forward for my shipping needs. Continue the great work and much success!

Yes!!! There really is a FedEx inside of Walmart. Did a QR Code label and drop off with zero wait.

I use this location for carbon copies I need done every couple of weeks. No complaints other than I have to walk into a Walmart (not my favorite).

I own/operate a custom party treat company and when I have large orders (500 chip bags or more) we outsource the print job. In the past, we've had issues with different print companies smearing or miscounting items. FedEx has been our saving grace when it comes to my large orders. The manger is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable!! It's been quite some time that I've run across someone who's job is to deal with the public, who actually enjoys and is good at what they do. This location (1960 E. Inside of Walmart) is Awesome!!! We at KraftKrewe, appreciate you!!!

I packaged a large box myself and wrapped the package with packing paper to protect the vintage box underneath from any shipping damage that may accure. I made sure it had plenty of tape on all of the seams because I did not want the paper to come off or rip in transit and the vintage box under the paper to be harmed. I then paid for and printed out the label at my house and attached it to the parcel. Once I arrived at this location, The clerk there told me that I could not mail the package because it was wrapped with packing paper. I mail many, many, packages every week because I have an eBay business and I have never heard of such a thing. The clerk then proceeded to try and rip the paper off the box and said I could just mail it with out the paper. I had to ask her to stop. I then repaired the damage she had done and dropped the package off at another site, that was not a FedEx site BTW, with no problems or questions asked. DON'T USE THIS LOCATION!

The manager is extremely helpful and sweet. She is straight to the point which i love and offered me alternatives to mailing a small envelope that needed to arrive across state in a few days. She saved me about $25. I'm super busy, i don't like small talk and I love to get in and out, she did all these things with a smile and working the store seemingly alone.

There is a lady that works there that has been extremely rude and condescending on every occasion. However, there was a man that was very pleasant last time I went in. Hope they got rid of that lady.

I went to delivery a return package today around 11am and I have to say the lady that waited on me has got to be the most rudest person that’s in a customer service position. I was asking questions and he statement to me was if you let me finish talking I would be able to let you know what we can do. FedEx will be my last choice of shipment from now own. To the lady behind the counter , if you hate waiting on people find another job where you don’t have to interact with anyone. YOUR THE MOST RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. I was not given a redemption code to do the survey on bottom of receipt and I’m sure that was done Intentionally because she new I was not happy. I would like for the regional manager to look at the entire staff of this location.
