Every visit here has been smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The staff is consistently helpful, patient, and knowledgeable — they take the time to answer questions, explain shipping options, and make sure everything is packed and processed correctly.
The store is clean, organized, and well-managed. Whether I’m shipping a package, printing documents, or picking up an order, the service is always fast and professional. I really appreciate how carefully they handle items, especially when shipping something fragile or time-sensitive.
What truly stands out is the level of customer service. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite and genuinely eager to help, which makes a huge difference.

Their employees clearly don’t know what they’re doing. They gave my mother false information on renewing her passport and charged her $140 to “expedite”, then refused to assist and sent her to USPS instead saying that they couldn’t do anything when we returned. We were charged for a service that wasn’t even used. They wasted our time, money, and gas. We are wanting our refund.

I visited the store twice on two separate occasions and both times customer service was good. But my service provided by Danesha was above and beyond my expectations. She was patience while trying to assist and what made this amazing is she provided me service while assisting others and we all felt taken care of in the moment. She never made me feel like I was a burden but instead she comforted me with assurance she would find a way and she did.

Great printing and quick. Went to a competitor and they wanted to charge me to use their kiosk. Extra fees that don’t make any sense.
Here I was able to use the printer screen easily log into OneDrive print my paper all done in about five minutes!
I was able to use Apple Pay! This is the way print service needs to be.
This was a hands off. I didn’t have to wait in line experience.
Other print places can learn something by visiting here and seeing how they conduct business.

Seeing another review, I need to add something. You must pre-authorize five dollars, however, they will only charge you what you use. This is only a pre-authorization for five dollars.

Erica is awesome! Above and beyond doesn't even describe it; she was just an amazing, customer-focused PARTNER in my quest to handle business. This location is still dealing with the effects of Hurricane Beryl, but she and the rest of the team were patient and as helpful as they could be considering. I sincerely appreciate Erica and her diligence and strong support of my business needs. She needs a raise!
