Have taken Bobbie here many times for day camp, but last week, we went on a 10 day vacation out of the country with a friend dog sitting. She unexpectedly got called into work and we had to scramble to find a caregiver. I had given her Fetch's address and phone and she called and got him in for the rest of our vacation. Just want be say I'm so grateful to have a place I can trust , in a last minute pinch and where he feels like family.

We have been bringing our rescue dogs here for a few years and our dogs are taken great care of. Our dogs look forward and get excited to see their friends at Fetch.

I was so nervous about boarding my fur babies as I was traveling out of the country for 8 days. Having a Rottie, it’s not just anyone that can handle and understand their temperaments. But what can I say.. Fetch Pet Resort was the best decision!! The staff was very professional and sweet and even sent me a “report card” and pictures of my babies. I felt at ease knowing that my babies were in great hands! Would highly recommend this facility!

I have taken my dog to Fetch Pet Resort 4 tmes in the last 5 years. I left my 50 lbs health dog there for 17 days. He lost 7 lbs in that time. Noone said he wasn't eating. But they did ask me if I wanted to tip his handler.

Let me start off by saying, Taylor the groomer is the best. I dropped off my dog on Feb 7th pick up 12th. When I left the facility my dog seemed OK. I arrived home less than 10mins from facility my dog run to the door my dog had major diarrhea. I called staff to ask if they noticed any diarrhea? Of course they stated no Colby was fine. My dog was sick for almost 2 weeks with diarrhea, he was very weak. The staff did not take responsibility. The staff was very disrespectful. The owner never called. I was very upset so I did raise my voice over the phone. But, the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. I asked the staff will they be responsible for the vet bill. They said no because he wasn't sick in their care. We will never go back to this establishment. We will miss Ms. Taylor a wonderful person and groomer. Delinda.

I love Fetch Pet Resort facility and setup for the pets. I scheduled service for my fur baby immediately after touring the facility. The workers were helpful and pleasant.

I was happy taking our pet there up until One afternoon when I went to pick him up, I asked if my dog enjoyed his day? They Informed me that he was in boarding all day. I did not want him in Boarding as most times when I took him there he was placed in day care. They said the last time he was there he was growling and trying to bite other dogs. This happened because they tried to clip his toe nails earlier in the day. This made my dog very hostile and uncomfortable. I understand they wanted to keep everyone safe. My issue was the Management there neglected to inform me of the situation and did not communicate. They should have been honest and informed me of the situation. When I called them they gave me a very poor explanation and for this reason I’m not going back.They all need some proper training communicating with Dog owners. Very disappointing.

I left my dog here. I was the only one on the account. They allowed my x to pick up my dog and now he is missing. No phone calls no text just let him go.
Response. You are lying. You didn’t call one time. Nor texted. Only email I have were report cards daily.
This is what is wrong with businesses. Trying to blame me for you giving someone my dog. No apology nothing. I’ve had this dog since he was 10 weeks old. I trained him. I bathed him. Took him to every appointment. He’s no where to be found. I was told you helped rehome him. I can’t even find out what part of the world he is in. Gone. She did this to hurt me. It is hurting my dog just as well.
Apparently they deleted their reply. It was about how it was my fault and I didn’t respond to calls. How she rehomed him.
Ok they redid it. So zero calls. Zero notes in my online account. You just let an ex pick up my dog. Good to know. Fetch seems to know a lot. I’ll assume they do know where he is. Is it customary that you allow x’s pick up a dog! I never told her I didn’t want him I was going through medical treatments. A simple apology and this would have been over. Nope. It’s the sick ex dudes fault on hearsay. Got it ??
