Very poor Management Slow Service Managers don't know what they doing. Messed my $80,000 car up cause they don't know how to install batteries properly. Very displeased with this Firestone. And for me to come here my first time tells me I'll never come to Firestone and don't recommend none of my clients to this place again. They called the laws on me cause she messed my car up and tried to lie to me about it. She couldn't get over on me so she called the police. Police was in my favor btw. That should say a lot

Mark Vega was super helpful! Very grateful to have had him as my representative for my vehicle. This location was also very prompt and respectful of people’s time. Def would recommend.

Very bad service, needs new workers they have trash hands working there especially the workers on the allignment (Mexican dude with M on his hat) waited 4 hrs and my truck didn’t get touched.

I pulled up to the Firestone to get a AC check and the lady in the front (African female) stated all her guys leave at 5 and she can’t get me in bc they got to go. But the fire stone closes at 7pm. She also answers the phones very rude like she does not wanna be there.
