Wouldnt recommend. Not friendly or accommodating to customers at all. I called and showed up 30 minutes before they closed, after them telling me that they could do it. When I arrived, I was told that I would need to come back in the morning. I will never go back there

I took my truck in for brake work at 9am. At 4:35pm no work was done to my vehicle. Not even the inspection. No phone call from this place all day. I called at 1pm for a status update and was told that they will be calling me shortly to discuss work to be performed. No one called. When I called at 3:45pm for a status update they said they’ll start work on my vehicle in 30 minutes. I arrive at 4:35pm and nothing has been done. My vehicle was in the same spot I left it in at 9am. Today was the only day I had time to take care of this. An entire day wasted. Unacceptable.

Horrible place! Do not go there! They do not stand behind their work. Horrible place. Do not buy tires here! The corporate Firestone said the tire is defective, but the privately own location refuses to provide a new tire. Let me add two dealers said it was a defective tire..

Do not bring any vehicles here. Idc what’s going on with your car take it anywhere else or do it at home. It’s about the same or less quality work that you would find in one’s backyard. (NOT even in the garage) I will add photos tomorrow of the “work” they did on my car. Left the ignition coil connector clip on the bottom of engine. They are also not associated and have no affiliate with the real Firestone company. Told me 69$ over the phone to diagnose a problem for crank no start. I only wanted the diagnosis(reason of not starting) that was it. I didn’t want it fixed there because I can fix almost any car problem at home if I know the root cause. Anyway Then proceeded to call me three to four days later to let me know he was done and it would be 182.00 bad business bait and switch tactics and not the type to do business with Definitely never going back

This is the worst Firestone ever, please don't bring your car on Wilson Rd for these peopleCharged me over $1200.00 both sides lowercontrol arms, both sides sway bar link, bothsides rear shocks and oil and filter change.I told David I hear a noise rattling on the frontdriver side can he tell me what the noise was.David came back and told me if I get thosefour things done that would fix the noise.David is a liar, when I received my car backI heard the exact same noise now he tellsme it is the front struts that need to bechanged will cost an additional $785.00I will be filling a case of Fraud against thislocation. Do not take your vehicle to thislocation for service.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I recently visited Firestone Odyssey for some much-needed assistance with my vehicle, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received. The customer service at this location was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I approached the staff for help, they seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me. Their lack of empathy and courtesy left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated.Furthermore, I was appalled by the blatant dishonesty displayed by the employees. They provided me with false information regarding the services they could offer, and it became evident that they were more focused on making a quick sale rather than genuinely helping me with my automotive needs. Their lack of transparency and integrity is truly disheartening.In addition to the poor customer service and dishonesty, the overall lack of helpfulness at Firestone Odyssey was astonishing. I expected a reputable establishment like Firestone to provide reliable and knowledgeable assistance, but instead, I was met with incompetence and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Firestone Odyssey to anyone in need of automotive services. The appalling customer service, lack of helpfulness, and dishonesty have left me with a lasting impression of disappointment and frustration. It is my hope that the management of Firestone Odyssey takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service and integrity moving forward.
