This place was once one of my favorite stores. Last year, the staff there was magnificent! But SADDLE my recent visit was nothing short of infuriating!!! I was treated as though I was a criminal! All for wanting to buy a pitiful $4.00 worth of incense:
Upon attempting to checkout, the cashier grabbed my purchase from my hand, as she interrogated me with "HOW MANY INCENSE DO YOU HAVE!!!" in a most ACCUSATORY TONE!! Then, she proceeded to ring up my purchase. As though she was afraid I would not honestly ring up my own items. Once she was done with this humiliation, she had the nerve to literally follow me to the exit!!! I will never shop at another one of these FIVE BELOW stores ever again!!!!

And there is only one register opened and the lady scans for you. Took a long time to check out.

I will never shop here again was told by the cashier. That they are not to manually check people out but to have all customers use self check out. When I said fine I'd just leave was told I need to put the items i was going to purchase my cart away. Your store service sucks. And you don't pay me to work for you!

The store was clean and neat. I was greeted when I entered but the selection compared to other 5 below stores was subpar. Its in a convenient location and parking is plentiful.

We LOVE to bring the kids to splurge once in a while! ? I enjoy their selection of books & materials to enhance schooling too ? The prices are very affordable! ??

I love Five Below. They do carry stuff that's over $5. Great for teenagers. They do have some good items. Stuff I don't need, but want. They have pretty good phone accessories, chargers, etc. Good exercise items & cute dog sweaters/toys. Good selection of crafts as well.

Used to really love this store, but they are so Pride driven that I can longer shop there. And on top of that, this particular store is all self checkout. There is no cashier, just a couple of employees watching all the kiosks.
