Called 2 times no one answered drove 30 mins here for a pokemon 151 upc that said they have in stock and guy says they dont have it. So a 120 product is missing? Yeah right.

11-28-23Walked in to buy controllers and a headsetI noticed the price was too highThen we narrowed it down to the miscommunicationThe headset rang up 29.99Despite the box saying 19.99Chris the night mangerSaid they don’t honor mishaps or on box visible prices , and that they only acknowledge what the computer rings up !Highly disappointed and i won’t be back to this location !I have never heard of a business not honoring the prices they placed on items ! Nor a manager not having access to make things right by adjusting prices .

Called and asked a staff member if a item was in stock a magic commander deck he said it was and he would hold it for me because i was driving from 45 mins away. I get there and he said he sold it. Thats messed up. Pretty bad customer service. I think the guy bought the deck for themselves.

Not sure what’s happening, but new game online is $20, I come to the store and they tried to charge me $25 for pre-owned. Unwilling to match their online price. Not cool.Definitely wouldn’t suggest coming here if you see ANYTHING online. Just order it or call before cause they won’t budge. Makes no sense whatsoever

I got my son Pokémon card the guy had the promo card box right that and told me he could not give me one that is wrong.Told me it was old one. I have had other locations give me old promo cards before. Must have been keeping them for him self!!

Went to get some Pokémon codes for a distribution that is being done for free from Pokémon and the guy gave me what I needed and asked if I needed any extras. Luckily I told him I had what I needed and only needed two.
