Went in a couple of months ago to get Cyberpunk for ps5 for like $30. They needed to see my ID in order to purchase it despite the female employee saying she knew I was older than 18 but under 40. I left without buying anything and bought a new pre-order copy that came with DL codes and other stuff on Ebay for $18. No ID necessary. Bless yalls' hearts ?

Horrible experience, "person"behind the counter is very,rude,obnoxious, and obviously has no people skills whatsoever. I'm sure he ripped me off, on the Xbox and games I sold them.But it's okay,I'm not going to worry about it.I was in the market to buy a few new games for my Ps5,but after dealing with this person behind the counter. Took my business elsewhere .Avoid this Gamestop like the plague.Youve been warned.

Just happened to pre order the same thing as the manager. His came in and mine didn’t??? After I called several times to confirm it was there. Employees have priority over customers. No emails or phone calls to inform me my item was in. I had to call and find out for myself

I went to this location to pick up my preorder for tears of the kingdom. Best experience ever. I called first to see if they were doing a midnight release for the game and the guy who picked up the phone was really nice. All of the employees are great.

Only giving one star because i have to or it would be zero. My son just called and spoke to an employee by the name of Alex who was so rude for nothing. My son was trying to get info about game trade ins and this ALEX employee was so rude to him and even had the nerve to hang up on him. If you don’t like your job you should just quit instead of being rude to customers!?We will be going to another location for our business.
