I had the pleasure of working with Chris and I couldn’t be happier! What a delight knowing I was in good hands when Chris answered a gazillion text messages from me with such kindness, knowledge and compassion. It is rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. I live in Southern California and Chris provided dimensions, pictures and interior design guidance to help me shop. I couldn’t believe the time he dedicated in helping me! The entire process was easy and he even found a great shipping company so I could receive my furniture by my deadline. Chris and his staff provided the greatest shopping and hassle-free experience! Their products, great prices and dedication in delivering outstanding customer service was unlike any stores I’ve found here in So. California. I’m thrilled to be a forever customer of Global Imports!

Chris hooked me up with a new set of dinning room chairs (right two chairs in the pic). I was replacing the previous chairs I got from wayfair (chair on the left). The quality between the two is night and day. Global import’s chairs are made of real wood and linen and better cushioning. They are very sturdy and did not require any assembly. The wayfair chairs didn’t even last two years before falling apart. Another great purchase from global imports! Thank you Chris!

Today was my first visit to this store and it won't be my last! Very beautiful pieces. I didn't see one thing that didn't absolutely fall in love with! The prices are fair compared to other stores in the area. I think it's the unique pieces and quality that set them apart from everyone else.

We have been looking at solid wood round kitchen tables at many stores now. Made a trip to this store and found one we really liked priced much better than any other store in houston. I was looking at reviews and couldnt believe a few people said their prices are too high, they clearly havent been shopping around for quality furniture. Definitely recommend going here.

Tried to call multiple days to confirm they had two pieces I was looking at online before I drove 1:30 to purchase. No answer. Messaged and commented on Facebook to finally get not one but two responses confirming they had the pieces I wanted! Arrived to purchase and didn’t see the pieces I went for. The guys in the back were so nice and told me that those pieces had been replaced with a newer/different version. I showed them that I’d just confirmed on FB they had them before I drove in. They referred me inside to talk to someone I’d assume was the owner. That man looked me straight in the eyes and told me he just shipped those two pieces out this morning (Sunday morning). Of the hundreds of pieces those were the two that left today. Ironically. The guys unboxing and assembling know their stuff. They knew they didn’t have the pieces I came for and hadn’t for sometime. Obviously discontinued.The man inside never offered and apology or anything for the inconvenience. He just continued to go on about how he’d JUST shipped those two pieces off. A lie. Flat out lie. Don’t feel good about doing business with someone who feels so confident/arrogant about being deceitful.
