GM Outdoor Living did an amazing job of building our pool in an incredibly fast 23 days. Although the construction process was fast, Chris was willing to modify our pool design multiple times since we wanted something that fit our big backyard and the outdoor patio that was already there.
Marty and his build team were great communicators and the process was extremely smooth. There were no surprises since everything was very well planned out. The entire build team was great and made sure everything was done to our expectation!
We’re thrilled to be swimming into the fall and would highly recommend GM Outdoor Living to anyone looking to put in a pool. Thanks again Marty, Stellios, Chris and all the others involved in building our backyard paradise!

GM Outdoor Living was truly amazing. I usually don’t leave 5 star reviews because there is always room for improvement, but GM Outdoor Living definitely deserves the 5 stars. When my wife and I began talking about getting a swimming pool for our home, we thought it was going to be a long process. We were wrong! Everyone was very professional and very knowledgeable of what they were doing. Watching the crews work was like watching an artist paint a masterpiece. Their attention to detail was top notch. Everyday during the build, there was someone from GM coming by to check the process and answer any questions that we had. I could always count on receiving a message each night explaining the progress that was made that day. Even when the weather was an issue, GM still communicated with us and let us know the plan of action they would be taking. That communication meant so much to us. If you were to ask me what the best part of the build was, I would have a hard time answering that question because everything was amazing. I would definitely recommend GM Outdoor Living for your project. In fact, when it comes time to build our outdoor kitchen, without any hesitation, we are calling GM. Thank you so much GM for making our dream of owning a beautiful swimming pool come true.

It took me twice as long to write this post as it took them to build my pool! From dig to ready-to-use, it took less than 4 weeks! They worked fast and work of the highest quality! I am the type of person who will fast forward through HGTV shows to the finished product because all the mess and problems give me so much anxiety. I liked that they took care of everything from design suggestions to meeting the needs of my SS father, my dogs/kid, my picky HOA, helping me with design choices as well as picking extras such as a generator and heat/chiller combo. The owner was so kind and involved, making sure that he came out to check on the quality of the work and explain things to me. Their pricing is competitive, especially given their workmanship. Friends thought I must be paying extra, given how fast they were working! I really appreciate that they include three months of cleaning the pool because I don't know the first thing about maintenance. I plan to continue having them do my maintenance because I appreciate their work. At least three of my friends and family are considering them for their pool projects.

WOW!! If you have ever dreamed of having a pool/spa/resort type backyard of your very own… you must check out this company!
I have wanted this dream for myself for years and have interviewed many pool companies!
GM Outdoor Pool and Spa is the one to pick!
From Chris their salesman to Stelios their construction manager to Marty the owner…
All are extremely personable, knowledgeable and just plain great to work with!
They pride themselves on quality work from start to finish! Oh and did I mention the time line? They don’t want to be in your backyard any longer than necessary… our pool and spa was done from dig to fill in 3-4 weeks! ?
Their work crews were on time and worked many days from early morning to sunset!
The materials and equipment is high quality, made to last and helps make it easy for maintenance!
We are very happy with the entire process and highly recommend anyone wanting a beautiful backyard addition to check this company out! Any large project like a pool/spa does take great communication between the company and the buyer and we had both!!!

We had our pool built by GM Outdoor living in the fall of 2020. It’s now the spring of 2024 and GM-Outdoor living Is still taking care of us like the day we signed the contract to build the pool.
When we first started looking at putting a pool in all we heard was be careful who you pick, a lot these pool companies will dig a hole and disappear.
Im so thankful that we selected GM Outdoor Living as our pool contractor! Not only were they with us every step of the way, they stand behind what they build and have been there for us when issues have come up.
If you’re looking for a pool contractor look no further than Marty and his team at GM outdoor living!

GM Outdoor does amazing work and we couldn’t be happier with our new pool and covered outdoor kitchen. Everything was built and ready to enjoy spring break/summer. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait until the warmer months to enjoy the pool as we got it heated.
What’s even better is they offer cleaning services, keeping our pool weekend ready for whatever we throw at it!
Anyone considering taking the leap and wanting to build a pool or outdoor kitchen, highly recommend GM.

Please beware that this company is under new management and they are not providing the same level of customer service as Danny McCue & his team. I had a pool built under Danny and have since had an issue with stones that are loose and completely off. I initially reached out on 8/3/23 by sending several emails, calls, and photos of the issue only to be told they would call me back, or please submit it again, etc. Basically the run around and one excuse after the other. The last email I had was with Melissa where she requested a photo AGAIN of the issue per the request of the new owner. This was on 9/12/23. I was very specific in my phone request that if you can't do it, then at least give me the courtesy to let me know and I can find someone else. Needless to say, no response as usual. If you are considering a pool build, pool repair, or anything pool-related, I would highly suggest another company. The lack of customer service and response time are definitely not the same, which is very disappointing.

GM Outdoors deserves 5 stars. I am in commercial architecture and expect perfection from my GC’s & Subcontractors. GM Outdoors did not disappoint. The process from start to finish was a pleasant experience. The staff and management was truly professional and very knowledgeable. The crew was on-site daily. Safety measure were taken. The subcontractors were friendly and cleaned up daily. GM Outdoors installed an outdoor kitchen, tongue and groove wood ceiling and an pergola is under 30 days! Very impressed and very happy with the results. Thank you GM Outdoors for transforming our backyard! We will enjoy it for years to come

This company has blown me away! Once the permits were complete, they got straight to it and 3 weeks later I had an amazing swimming pool ready to use!!! It was shocking how quickly and efficiently they got things done. Jenna and Jessa are the nicest most enthusiastic ladies that helped me through the process and answered any questions I had. GM Outdoor Living, Pool & Spa Inc. is AMAZING! It all started with submitting an online inquiry – I was contacted the same day! Then, within 48 hours, the sales rep, Chris was at my house, and he explained the entire process and answered every single question. Then, within another 48 hours, he had a pool design and proposal sent over – to say he nailed my vision is an understatement! Once I approved everything, the process began! They helped with HOA paperwork and broke ground within days of signing the agreement. The project manager, Stelios was an amazing point of contact throughout the whole process. He answered calls, texts and updated me on the entire process. I met Jenna & Jessa at the design center and their positive energy alone made my wife and I feel like family – it was so nice getting social media updates and seeing the pool building progress. GM team transformed our backyard. First time pool owner and there are definitely things I wish I would have known, asked, or been educated on. However, the timeliness, responsiveness and professionalism opted for a 5 star review. Let's be real, people want to pick a place that others can refer based on experience, quality and value. All of those things deserve a 5 star review and we have a gorgeous pool and spa now. The GM team always answered and pushed to get things done quick for us without compromising the quality. GM provided an amazing pool building experience from start to finish. We had heard horror stories about other builders and were very nervous about our project. Was even more concerned since we are within the city limits of Houston and required the headaches of permits….this was never an issue or concern with GM! It was truly turnkey project that was painless! Any issues or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with our pool and we HIGHLY recommend GM Outdoor Living for your pool build! (We are also using them for our weekly pool service because we know they will take great care of our pool!)….can’t forget to mention: from day 1 of digging to when we started filling the pool was 3 weeks!!!!
