I show up 30min before closing, both open signs are on but the door is locked. Phone goes straight to voicemail. And no one inside.

I tried returning an item that was purchased in a different location, but the lady that was there was NO HELP. She just stated that GNC is a franchise and she couldn’t help me, while online it says you’re able to return products in ANY of the stores. I showed her my email receipt and she still refused in helping me all she kept saying was that it’s a franchise that I should take it where it was bought. She had ZERO intentions of being helpful. Very poor awful customer service skills. By the way I wasn’t even greeted.

I love this GNC! The employees are knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are willing to help support your goals. I would not recommend going anywhere else. This store is the best!

The manager is extremely rude and very pushy when selling an item. If you don’t seem interested or tell her that your not interested in a product she continues to pressure you into buying it. Returned the item the same day. Don’t come here.

This place was my last minute stop. Nobody has the bulk 1340 in stock because of the pandemic I called this store and they had it. A life saver man. I'm very satisfied

Location does not stay open until "8". Practically closes 30 mins before. They should announce they close at 7:30 PM instead of 8 if they lock the door at that time.

This location offers competitive prices for supplements and location is convenient for me. The service is strongly geared towards sales, always offering the most expensive product first even if it is not exactly what you are looking for. Outside of this small annoyance, the store is well stocked and organized.
