It sucks that y’all are overpricing everything as if everything in there wasn’t donated. Y’all need to make it affordable for the people that really need it. I will no longer be donating my stuff here it’s crazy.

There are so many stores and restaurants at this strip mall. This Goodwill Store is always my must-go location. It got some decent stuff here. I always linger at the men's section and furniture section to find bargains. I also love about the store hours. I can shop here until 9 pm.

Ive been coming to this location for a while and the other day i witnessed employees playing on toys and not very attentive to customers. Also when something was brought out it seemed like an employee specifically had it for someone she knew she was a hispanic lady. The cashiers were nice but i will not be returning to this location. i will just go to atascocita from now on!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Laketia, the wonderful cashier at this location! Every time I visit, she’s there with a big smile and a warm greeting that makes my day. Laketia is not only friendly but genuinely helpful and attentive to every customer’s needs. She has an amazing way of making everyone feel welcome and valued, no matter how busy it gets. It’s such a refreshing change from the previous cashier Carol, who was often rude and dismissive. Goodwill did an amazing job finding someone as upbeat and customer-focused as Laketia. Her positive energy and dedication to customer service truly make her a standout employee. Thank you, Laketia, for all you do, you’re a joy to see each time I shop at Goodwill!

I came here to get some stuff. These goodwills in Houston do not have a senior discount or a military discount anymore. Also you have to look at sign when you get in store as the color for the week is not fully half off except on certain days. There is not enough cashier at this location as when I went in. Overall you can find some great deals.

After donating hundreds of items to Goodwill over the years, I decided to stop by and see if they had a light jacket, I found one, paid $7.00 and went on my way. A few weeks later, I looked at the jacket and realized the zipper was broken, so I stopped by the fall creek location to see if I could exchange the jacket.I had my receipt. However, had thrown away the tag, and they refused to make the exchange. The staff was very friendly however the jacket was only $7.00 and they should have made the exchange.I will not be donating anything else to Goodwill
