On February 10, 2024, I attempted make a purchase at the store listed above. I present my Google Pay via my mobile wallet as my method of payment at the point of sale. The cashier informed me that my payment didn’t go through, and I asked to make another attempt. Once again the cashier told me the payment failed. I knew that I should’ve been able to complete the transaction because Google Pay displays my account balance in real time. I informed the cashier that I had the necessary funds, and asked to try one more time. But the cashier refused. His excuse was that the transaction had already failed twice and moreover, my transaction had already extended past closing time. I was the last customer and he seemed impatient to go. I left the store—unable to make the purchase. The items involved were left with the cashier.A short time later that evening, I reviewed my Google Pay transaction history and discovered that transaction had be debited against my balance at this store for the purchase.They had charged me for nothing.I immediately submitted the transaction for review with Google Pay; however, it was already too late in the evening on Feb 10 to return to the store—I was closed.The earliest I was available to return to the store was February 15. On that day, I visited the store I spoke with a manager. I provided her with a narration of the unfortunate event, my contact information and the transaction details as listed on Google Pay. She agreed to review the event and notify me of its resolution.On Feb 21, I made a follow-up visit to the store. I spoke with another manager. She retrieved my case information and informed me that my case was tagged for review. After this exchange, the conversation took a bizzare detour. The manager made an accusatory suggestion about my clothing. She suggested that I had entered the store in a different clothes than the one I was wearing at that moment. I was stunned by her accusation, to say the least. This store had made an error that needed to be resolved. Instead of making haste towards resolution, this manager was adding an insult to (financial) injury.If the staff wants to verify my version of events. All they have has to do review the video recordings and register record from Feb 10. I’m the last customer, it won’t be hard to find.As it stands, I’m reluctant to return to this location even for the sole purpose of resolving my dispute.I’ve submitted an email directly to the corporate office for Goodwill Industries Houston. Hopefully, this issue is resolved soon.

I was 1 months ago, and saddly is just a place for a friends americans , or Latin os been friends with goodwill sales, sad is not safe place toShop .Add now So higher price, of course goodwill are rich company made a lot money with free donation, I can't agree regular dress CK for 16.99$, across the street a new one dress is same price ,!!!! , and around whileYou shopping sales goodwillAre checking (you).take my advice , be careful there , if you are not scam forSomeTexans, you'll be from goodwill (price tag ).around allStore .this area is growing and a thirft store is less costumer services , and staff how is often look very bad, poor quality, and over over priced. Sad put this review, but trying to be ?.

I couldn't get shoes because there was no tag despite all the other shoes being $7.99. I don't see why there's not a system in place for this, it's not my fault there was no tag.

This Particular Goodwill has always been my favorite and I go to many other Goodwill stores !They always have such a great variety of things and are well organized along with fairly reasonable prices.

The disorganization and mess of this store gives me anxiety...Most items have no price on them and most of the ones that do, are priced ridiculously for a thrift store.

Walking into the store there never seems to be any shopping carts in the entryway just randomly left around in the store. This location is pretty organized and fair priced.

Does this store open at 9am on Sunday’s bc there are several ppl still waiting to go inside and it’s 9:18am and the doors are still locked. We would just like to have the correct store hours. Appreciate it.

I was charged for a womens xl instead of a kids xl jacket . It clearly wasn’t a women xl jacket . The manager wears a l and I wear a xl . I asked her to try it on because it’s clearly not xl for womens and she refused talked about the “sleeve length “ simply still charged me 10$ for something that was free to them . Refused to give me my money back when I had literally just purchased it seconds ago .

Usually fairly priced, lots of good shirts and cute women shoes
