Today was our first experience with the Great American Mobility service dept. Jacob was the technician and he was very knowledgeable about my daughter's new Quantum Edge 3 wheelchair. He was polite, resourceful and he communicated very well. We are so happy we ordered her chair with Great American Mobility!

Jacob from Great American is outstanding. I had my new custom wheelchair and needed a couple of adjustments. He was prompt, thorough and very diligent in diagnosing the adjustments needed. Not the wheelchair failure at all just being used day to day. I couldn't be more pleased with this company.
