“I think I was in the store when Mr. 1 star Castillo was there. The customer spoke no English, but the staff still did their best to answer over a dozen questions he was asking in spanish. He even bought a rifle sling from them. I don't see how you can blame the staff for a customer who does not speak the language of the country they are in.”

“I bought two fire arms from here recently. My overall experience was really good. I am extremely satisfied with both of the firearms that I purchased. The only reason why I’m giving a four star instead of a five is because I was lied to and told that one of the firearms that I purchased was brand new. When I asked about something that was missing from the case, that’s when I found out that it wasn’t brand new, but it was like new. I would’ve bought it anyway, but the fact that I was lied to to me was this tasteful that did not need to happen to get the sale. In the future be completely honest with your customer And don’t tell lies to get a dollar.”

I appreciate that he does let you feel out the gun before the purchase! (Not every place will do that for some reason)”
