They ALWAYS take care of me and get my prescriptions filled promptly! The staff is very courteous and thorough! I would definitely recommend!

Always problems with my prescriptions needing refilled, so I end up going above week without medication every month and deal with crazy withdrawals. Waited all week for them to get my meds refilled only for my dr to immediately get it done same day Friday. Yall are supposed to be the nicest grocer around here but they're not and pharmacy definitely doesn't help.

I've been with this pharmacy for the last 6 months or so. Just another pharmacy until.......Insurance dropped my insulin last week and I was in a panic. The lady walked me through the whole process. Wrote my doctor/Insurance on my behalf ,Went completely above and beyond with excellent communication. I wish I remembered her name, but she's an amazing person. HEB is lucky to have her knowledge and care.

Constantly having issues filling prescriptions here the past few years, and I’ve been a customer since this H‑E‑B opened. Several times I’ve received a phone call that my rx is ready, and when I go in person the tech states they don’t have it OR it’s not ready. I’ve asked twice for them to double check and *miraculously* it’s available and ready for pick up. The employees are rude and/or completely clueless. Please hire people that give a damn about the community and that are efficient!

Negligent and not upholding the standard in medicine. Karla and Pamela you should both know better, children are PRIORITIZED in the medical setting and I KNOW you both were taught this in your clinical rotations. Due to your negligence a child under 4 could have easily become dehydrated and caused unnecessary harm. As I mentioned this has been documented and reported to TSBP. Do better and remember we all take an oath in healthcare and children take priority there is no valid reason why the script sat unentered and not filled till noon the next day.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any pharmacy. I’ve had serious chronic life threatening and chronic pain conditions for years and they irresponsibly can’t even handle filling prescriptions. Their mistake cost me a hospital visit. They also pick and choose which doctors they’ll fill prescriptions for- it should be solely on if it’s a valid licensed and practicing doctor. This is weird and unethical. I’ve never had this issue any where else. They’ve filled my doctors prescriptions for 8 years but randomly told me at pick up, last minute once I’m out of medication, that they took a lot of doctors off their list so they couldn’t give me my prescription. I talked to them yesterday and they said they were filling my script- found this out last minute on a weekend. So a well known doctor who’s treated me for 10 years, isn’t on their list so they won’t fill her prescriptions. Other pharmacies don’t have this issue.This is a VERY serious issue that I’m never using H‑E‑B again over, but separate from this they’ve also many times just not filled prescriptions for me or my son for days. Extremely irresponsible pharmacy.This has been such an irresponsible move from H‑E‑B, that my family is done using it as our pharmacy and grocery store. We spend an ungodly amount on a weekly basis here- that’s done with.

the attitude of two of the girls at this location is so bad, I watched one roll her eyes at this old man in front of me before giving me her unhappy attitude, they never have the meds ready on time & they are turtle like slow, I’m looking for a new pharmacy, this one is bad

Worst heb pharmacy put my meds back before calling me to see if I was coming now I’m without my medication and can’t get a ride back for who knows how long!!
