Sabrina Is extremely rude. I brought items on 5/4/24, and I wanted to return them. It was within the 30 days window, and I had a receipt for the items. However, instead of just putting it back on my card, she made me show the actual transaction on my phone. I had to step aside and go through my card transactions. Reviews are correct when they say the customer service is bad and would not recommend coming to this location, if you can help it.

I go shopping at this store very often. However, I do not like the treatment of the workers, especially cashiers, they are always angry as if they were not paid for their work. Today I had a cashier named Sabrina, she had a bad attitude, she did everything by denying me, while I was in line I saw how she served those who were in front of me. I don't know how no one complained. bad bad service. always

Really bad experience. Tried to buy a pair of jeans and it said they were $20.99 however when I got to the register they told me a completely different price. The manager named Mikey (I think that’s his name) was very rude and condescending. Do not shop here!

Went to buy clothes here and wanted to return some items I didn’t have the receipt but called customer service in advanced to see if I can do a return they said yes they can look it up by the debt card I used. When I walked in I was told the opposite and said I can only exchange and I said well customer service told me something different and he just looked lost and repeated that only exchanges. So customer service tells me one thing and the store tells me another. It’s really aggravating

The short, skinny female employee with glasses was incredibly rude, sullen and I had a hard time not leaving the products I bought cold. I did not behave like her towards her out of respect for the employees, but I will never come to this branch again.

The pieces here are on trend and affordable. The quality of the garments is superb. I like the denim, it's as good a a pair of Levi's. The jewelry is nice, I have earrings that are still holding up and haven't tarnished. I'm not comfortable using fitting room, as it's UNISEX with curtains.
