Well stocked.convenience store outside of the airport complete with gas, grocery and a Burger King. Clean bathrooms and tables to sit at.

Under new management: Bathroom are usually unclean, wet floors, toilet paper container usually empty (again today) and floor saturated with used toliet paper in both stalls. Is obviously unsanitary.
This morning at the 8 a.m. hour the cashier/ clerk said This wasn't his concern. He was okay if I posted the issue.

Good location for airport. This is the last one, better wait here for arrivals at IAH. Good service. Clean!
